Location for the airport Staff very helpful Parking car there was cheaper than the airport car park next door

Room was fairly small No tea making facilities in room ( but these were supplied when we asked )

the receptionist was fantastic. She helped us order pizza as everything was closed, even set us up for a cozy romantic dinner once pizza arrived, even gave us ice to keep our drinks cold

No air conditioning or even a fan in very hot room, no meal availability apart from a minimal breakfast, staff that didn’t smile and seemed to resent customers being there and no internet.

Loved the location near the airport so convenient, and loved the swimming pool, it was great to have possibility to have something to eat that can be warm up in microwave

Convenient for the airport as it's a short walk away. Breakfast was good, as was the shower.

Slightly bizarre that an airport hotel closes at 8.30 pm! Obtaining the access code was a bit fraught but it worked OK and the information inside was fine.

Comfort Rooms were good quality, but not the promised views of the pool seen in the foto's. Standard room was small dark and in need of repair. 3 stars and no coffee or drinks in the room, or no self service possabilities for drinks was disapointing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was a great bonus.

Late arrival plane delayed. Issued key and directed . Hall way in darkness . No idea where light switch was . Clean tidy room but something noisy running all night.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room, good plateaux repas and breakfast.

Great location. We arrived late in the day and room keys were left to check-in. Quick and easy.

The only down side is that we hardly saw any staff at the hotel (it was on 26/12) and there was no one in the breakfast room to welcome us to point out use of breakfast room, which felt a little sad and unwelcoming.

Breakfast was good for us as we only do continental, enough for an early start. Location was perfect for the airport which we were using.

The room was really warm and I couldn't find a switch to turn the heating down.

Closeness to Airport. 3 minute walk.

The walls to my room might have well been paper. I could not help but hear everything that the man next do was doing! I could hear his phone calls, and his toilet visits. After checking in, I was advised that (yet again - see other reviews) the restaurant was closed that evening. Food at airport looked pretty tired & unappetising too! So take your own food & drink, stay for the minimum time necessary, and have earplugs!

Easy to get to, comfortable and nice location, nice staff, a swimming pool to enjoy normally (outside of Covid) but even with Covid in circulation it was a peaceful stay.

Efficient reception

The only catering was breakfast and dinner had to be taken in the airport restaurant. - a walk of some 400 yards. This was OK as it was a nice autumn evening but this would not be good in a wet cold winter. The nearest other restaurant was 7km away and shut at 1830
