The whole resort was amazing especially the staff. they were so accommodating and always greeted you with a tremendous smile. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Truly knit-picking, as a taller guy, there are a few low ceilings around the property. Nothing ridiculous but just something to pay attention to.

The rooms are a bit underwhelming for the price of the hotel. The snacks and drinks around the pool are overpriced.

The staff were absolutely amazing. I’ll spell their names incorrectly, but Abiola, Psyches, and everyone there were simply wonderful. They always remembered our names, our favorite coffee, and our love of passion fruit.

It could not have been better. Well, perhaps the Greek sun could have been less intense? 😊

The view and the food

Bad service. On the date of arrival. I requested for a birthday cake and 2 candles on my own cost. And 3 days later, they brought me at the fine dining restaurant a tea light candle. After getting irritated, they come with the birthday candles. Luckily it wasn’t a big event like a proposal.

We arrived at last week of season , it wasn’t a tourist, amazing view, the best place for couple who would a change Atmosphere, very romantic . The breakfast was with unbelievable view ... I would to come back again

It’s a shame there is only one heated pool and it could do with being a couple of degrees warmer in autumn. The in-room fridges make too much noise when trying to sleep (but can easily be unplugged).

Incredible views, amazing location very close to centre of the town Oia, the nicest town in Santorini in my opinion. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful providing us with amazing recommendations for restaurants and activities.

Total luxury. Everything is perfect, the suite was amazing, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, the pool was incredible and the transfer service also worked really well. And you are near the main pedestrian street so you have lots of restaurants and shops nearby if needed. Also, most of the tours leave from the café near the hotel, so it is very practical. I would definitely love to come back!

I liked everything, really. Maybe we could have a bit more offer for breakfast, but apart from that, everything was perfect

The location is magical... the breakfast and dinners are amazing... the staff are friendly and super cool. Athena is an amazing manager. This is by far one of the nicest 5 star hotels I have been to.
