Location is awesome. Convenient drive to waterpark, skiing and tubing. This house is set up nicely with a well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Pellet stove and gas fireplace kept the place warm and cozy. Kids disappeared into the basement game room and area all to themselves. Have only been here during the winter but I think the house would be great all year round. Great VRBO house!

Ok had everything we needed. Had trouble getting code and getting in. Haven’t used VRBO a lot. Would prefer person to person contact( not messages) to get better idea about what to expect regarding kitchen things like blenders crock pots. Help using code. Disappointed in the ability to recycle but it all ends up same place! Massanutten,VRBO, Owner AND RENTER should contribute to system,and enforce rules. It should be included in the cost of a good time!!! We had great time. Thank you.

The process was smooth, from the initial booking. I was pleasantly surprised at the all of the holiday decorations and Christmas tree. The instructions for everything were left clear and concise. The owners consider many things as they have items available for just in case purposes. I think that was very thoughtful. We would stay again

Great house for family with kids, three full sized bedrooms and play area + bunk beds in basement. Near ski resort & water park. Plenty to do near by or just enjoy staying in; good for all to enjoy.

We gathered for an extended family thanksgiving. The home is well equipped and spacious but definitely has an older, if not vintage feel. It felt a little like a homey stay at Grandma’s house, from the popcorn ceilings and colorful towels, to the quilts and older decor. The folding closet doors were a little screechy. But the bunk area in the basement was great for kids and young adults. There was a spacious garage and 3 decks/porches. We didn’t use them since it was cold outside but it would be a beautiful view in the summer.

We had more than enough room for the three couples visiting the Shenandoah and Charlottesville wine country and the national park. The property is in a scenic, forested area - saw an 8-point buck the first day there. The house was clean and well maintained. It was built in 1993 and has seen some recent remodeling, which hopefully continues to keep this a viable property for vacation rentals. All three couples enjoy cooking, which we did quite a bit, only dinning out once during our 4-night stay. The kitchen is large and well equipped, so a number of us could help out without too much bumping into each other. While not an issue with the property, we has some strangeness with the Vrbo app. Sometimes we could see the rental, and sometimes it thought we were not in the correct account. Communication with owners would have been a little easier with text enabled phone.

Lovely fall foliage and the pictures of the house do not do it justice. It's very well appointed with loads of indoor and deck space. A great venue for a reunion with friends and our kids at JMU!

The house was very spacious and clean for group of 12. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a wonderful stay! The kids enjoyed their own space and really liked the bunkbeds! The house is very homey, and has everything you need right there for you. We were about 2 1/2 miles to the waterpark ,very convenient. We will be back again!

Booked with some friends for a long weekend of local mountain biking. Nice place and well kept! Location is great.

Had a really nice stay. Girl weekend with my two daughters and two granddaughters. A little difficulty figuring out tv but figured it out. Very clean. Beds were a bit firmer than we are used to but overall a great house. Teenage granddaughter enjoyed playing with her mom and aunt downstairs. I would recommend this house. One thing we were not aware of was there are 4 stairs down into living area. Not a big problem unless you are unable to do stairs. I was fine even though I am currently having issue with my lower back. Loved seeing the deer in the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. It is a little dated, but that didn't affect our stay at all. I would definitely stay there again.

The home was warm, comfortable and close to the slopes however the mattresses need to be replaced in two of the guest rooms.

This property is comfortable and cozy. Plenty of space to spread out. The kids disappeared downstairs and loved having their own 'zone'. A day-long trip to the waterpark and night tubing, a short drive away, were the highlights of the weekend. Well-stocked kitchen allowed for great meals.

Everyone was very happy with the place. The kids loved the downstairs with the air hockey, games & being able to sleep in one room together. The adults with being able to eat together at one table, spend time with the kids but also down time upstairs with the fireplace & adult conversation. Looking to get together again in the summer & adventure out to the other outside summer activities as well. Would stay again hands down!!
