Peace, quiet, beautiful location and view. Proximity to private beach, friendly hosts

We stayed in Villa Eirini for a week in July 23 (4adults) and felt it was a dream. The house is overhanging the sea with its garden of olive and lemon trees covering a hill down to the sea and leading to a private beach with transparent water and view on Eigina and other mountains falling into the sea. A very good spot for visits of Epidavros, Nauplie, Poros island and to the south (Portoheli, Spetses island)… the owners have welcomed us in such an authentic and caring manner that we felt we have been inside a Greek family for a few days … as said a dream!

Nothing everything was just perfect for us !

Nice and charming villa in the middle of Greece with own Beach. Owners live in the remote house in the end of the garden and always ready to help. Adonis, owner of the house, invited us to a fishing fee times. The sea clean and warm. Sea bed shallow, be aware it is not a sand beach, but small stones, so for the girls we bought sweeming shoes. Do not forgot mask for snorkeling !!! A lot of nice and amazing fishes. Owners gave a lot of hints where to go and what to do.

Be aware of mosquitos, not a lot but some.

Villa Eirini is a very spectacular, beautiful place, suitable for a group or up to two families. The location is a bit remote (next market, the fairly large AB Market, is about 15-20 minutes by car), so this place might not be for you if you want a hopping nightlife scene around you, but it is simply vacation paradise. A lot of great sites are in easy driving distance, like Mycenae (1 hour), Poros, archeological site of Epidaurus (30 minutes), modern Port of Epidaurus with its seaside restaurants, etc. The place is kept by the owners with their unique touch and a lot of love, lots of art made by the owner, communication is easy through the owner's daughter whose English is very good and who is super responsive. The owners personally received us with drinks and fresh melon, and kept on doing kind little things like that. Adonis even took my son out fishing on his boat several times for free, brought us fish, vegetables etc. Simply wonderful people! The view from the terrace alone is worth staying there, plus the practically private beach (it is shared with one other villa, I believe, but the people weren't there during our stay) with super clear water, great snorkeling. The outdoor kitchen with grill and pizza oven, outdoor bar, etc., would make this place great for entertaining a small group as well. We can only thoroughly recommend this beautiful place and its wonderful owners and will try to come back the first chance we get. If you are looking for a private paradise with your own beach, beautiful gardens etc., this place is for you. In many years of traveling, this is the nicest place we ever booked through booking.com. Simply spectacular!

The villa is amazing. Large, with 3 floors and the lowest one is quite a separate apartment. Air conditioning in every room and kitchen completely furnished (really completely furnished!). Many places where to eat outside (portico, grill area...), always with the view of the sea and inside an outstanding garden of lemons, mandarins, olives and many other plants. It is possible to reach in 2 minutes of walk directly from the villa a private beach used only by the inhabitants of the villas of the area. The sea there is beautiful: there are chairs and umbrella and it is possible to snorkel. When you come back from the beach it is possible to have a shower in a little room in the garden just before entering the villa, something really useful! The cars can be parked inside the garden of the villa. The owners are really kind with the guest, with the capacity to create relationship without invading their privacy, something not easy indeed!

The position is a bit isolated from main centers, farmacy, supermarket and so on.

The fact that the property is located in a very nice orchard ( lemon trees, olive trees) with lots of flowers, on a terrace hill right on the beach. The sea water is crystal clear, the beach is practically only for the few residents. The house has all needed amenities, superb view from the terrace towards Methana and Aegina. Just one hour drive from Epidavros, Poros, Kranidi!

It was a really beautiful house with all equipement you'll need. The hosts were very friendly and we got fresh fish :) there was also a very good communication for all our needs. There was a big grill and pizza oven we could use. The private beach was clean and it's a nice place for snorkeling.
