Great location, good kitchen, beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed our family meeting with room for all. We had 6 in our group and it was very comfortable. Great value for a group.

The kitchen and apartment in general are extremely well equipped. The place has a nice decor and the beds are very comfortable. One of the bathrooms is completely renovated. We also appreciated the small breakfast left for us on the first day. Check-in was also a breeze.

On the booking page it said free street parking although this is not accurate as it is only in the evenings or Sundays. It is not the quietest street as it is a very central location in Colmar. The exterior doors to the building did not lock and the internet did not work for the first 2 days.

Entry Information on payment of parking facilities and EV charging (which is great bu difficult to find)

I called the owner before arrival and he explained with difficulties (due to his poor English) where the keys are. When we arrived, I thought we got to the wrong address as the house looked terrible. I tried to find the keys but could not. Then I called the owner again and spent another 10 minutes on the phone before he managed to explain where the keys were. He gave wrong color of the gates (said white but they were beige) etc . We had really bad experience. Then we got to the inner yard which looked like a place inhabited by homeless people. Unfortunately, we had to accept it as I already paid and it was not refundable. The apartment was kind of ok but all the previous experience spoiled everything. Finally, the owner did not bother to send me any message before arrival and of course did not send a picture of the place where the keys were as it would be impossible to find them without proper explanation Bad experience...

The apartament is very nice, Cozy and well located

The design, the cleanliness, the comport, the great location downtown city at 2mn on foot from the Christmas market. There was breakfast for my first morning, plenty of coffee, tea. The apartment is in an ancient building, beautifully renovated with a combination of antiques and modern comfortable equipment - like a lovely private boutique hotel. I loved it!
