Property was nice. Management company not good. Asked for a few blankets for our beds since a few of us are elderly. Could not get any!

Besides the views being awesome and watching the whales from the balcony....the condo was perfect! Had everything we needed to cook and make beverages. All top of the line appliances. We will definitely be back.

We stay at this resort and decided to do a owned condo. The view was great and the property managers were very on top of issues

This resort was very nice and had a beautiful beach. The pools were amazing and my kids loved them. The location was as listed. I felt it was mostly clean but could use a deep clean of the floors. The dishwasher rack and the freezer drawer are both broken. It was a little annoying but we were still able to use them. The only complaint I would have is the parking. You had to park so far away. The parking garage was always full and having a larger car made it nearly impossible to even park in there. You could park on the street but you were just lucky if you found a spot. Be prepared to walk a distance to your car. That being said, they were not very helpful when it came to getting a car full of groceries to our room. Other than that we had a really great time!!!

The property was accurate to the photos, great views of the ocean, sunset, and the whale watching is fantastic. At first, especially at night, it is a little tricky finding the Konea Tower but the check-in was easy and fast. We didn't have any problems with the garage pass or finding parking. Very family-friendly, the pools and grounds were great. The beach is rocky but a 5-minute walk down the beach towards the Westin, you will find sandy bottoms and fewer rocks. Rent the snorkel gear and you'll see schools of fish, we saw and followed a sea turtle too. Duke's was ok, service was slow due to COVID stuff so don't expect to get in and out quickly. The unit's kitchen had everything you need but the Henckel knife set wasn't there and the only chef knife had a broken tip. We were disappointed with the nearby local grocery store and the area outside of the property. Lahaina is touristy, but the store there had local fresh fish. We enjoyed the vibe better in Kihei but it is a good drive to get there. Inside the property, The Whaler's General Store is like something you would find at the airport but the Aina Gourmet Market in the Hokulani Tower is much better. The unit was very clean with little visible wear but it's time to change the air filters. Note, the washer & dryer work best with small loads! I would recommend the Hona Kai for families with young children and older generations (I'm 66).

The check-in process was quick & easy. Parking in the deck was convenient and there were always spots available. The condo was accurate to the photos, clean and perfect for 6 adults. It was a short walk to the pools & beach. The towels were located in convenient spots on the property & the beach chairs provided were nice to have. We would certainly stay here again.

The unit itself was clean and fully equipped with all your needs with a beautiful view. There are two entrances to the resort (front and back) The GPS took us to the back entrance which is gated. We could not get in and no one would answer the phone. They didn’t have enough wrist bands for our party of 4 and gave us cards to use. Our parking pass never worked at the back entrance even though we told security about it multiple times. They were only interested that it worked for the garage. There are not enough parking spots in the parking garage and several times we had to park in the villas and walk. There are not enough seats at the pool and unless you camp out at 6am don’t plan on sitting at any of the pool areas. You can not reserve seats with your towel as security will take them unless you are sitting with them. The beach is not swimmable at this resort as most of it has rocks that will cut your feet. Despite the nice room and view, I would not stay at this resort in the future.

We were so thrilled to finally be back in Maui. That said, having stayed at this property many times before, we were disappointed. The unit was not properly cleaned with fingerprints and smudge marks on the doors. The fronts of the appliances also had fingerprints. The furniture and carpets were stained. The property also wasn’t cleaned in particular the cabanas (I believe these are owned and operated by a third party?). They weren’t cleaned daily. We found trash many days. The communication with this particular property management company was great and allowing us to delay our stay one year due to covid.

This was a great room for a multigenerational family. Lots of space with a beautiful view. Very clean and most everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend.

We took the grandparents this time and the layout worked great- they had their own side of the condo and balcony access. Comfortable - clean - as advertised.

This is a beautiful, clean, high-end unit. Excellent views, layout is perfect for staying with the whole family or friends. The resort has every amenity a person could ask for, is well maintained, and boarders a very long beach. There is a grocery store right across the street, and the kitchen is well-appointed if you want to stay in to eat. Otherwise, the onsite restaurant has great food. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at Honua Kai 3 times and we love it. Im not sure we would ever stay somewhere else. Great location, great for families, beautiful views! They were even able to get us a roll away bed for our daughter - it was ready and waiting in the room when we arrived. The room was also stocked with gear for the beach and everything was perfect. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back again!

It was great! The on-line view was exactly the same as the unit. Maui has Resorts rentals were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again through this company. Great trip for all!

The property, location, accommodations and amenities were all outstanding. Check in/out was very easy. Pools were great. If we swam out far enough, snorkeling off the beach was possible. Parking was mildly inconvenient as we had two cars. There was a tortilla chip crushed on the hallway floor all week which we found odd given the cleanliness of the rest of the property. Other than the chip, tough to suggest improvements.

Great option for a family vacation. All the amenities you could want and easy access to the beach with great snorkeling. Friendly and helpful resort staff.

This condo and resort met all our expectations. Everyone was very accommodating for showing up a day late because of unforeseen airline issues. The place was very clean and comfortable and WOW what a view.

we were very impressed with the property. It was very well equipped, clean, well maintained. we highly recommend it.

Our son and daughter along with our 4 year old granddaughter had a fantastic time. Great view and pools. However the pool started to look a little murky at the end of the day with so much use. I would definitely recommend this as a family vacation.

This was a fantastic location. Beautiful view. The accommodations were excellent. Well maintained and well stocked with the appliances you would need. Beach chairs and beach mat. Kids loved the place. Resort vine is very professional and laid back.

We were a little concerned when we arrived because the buildings were so big. But we were pleasantly surprised that the resort never seemed crowded. We could roll down to the beach at noon and easily find a spot for our chairs, usually with no one near us. And the snorkeling right off the beach was fantastic! Finally our unit, Konoa 725, was first class with a great view.

This property worked well for three generations of family. It was very nice to have such a beautiful view in the morning and at night.

View and room was great- property management wasn’t impressive. As a owner I would make sure talking to management company and making sure cleaning and fixing items before guest show is a priority.

Great family trip! Wonderful location and beaches. Loved Duke's restaurant!
