The breakfast was with many options, rooms are spacious and clean.

Staff were wonderful, room spacious and clean. Shower was good.
Bookings.com showed that the hotel had an airport shuttle. It does not run on Sundays so it cost me MXN750 for a taxi. The airport is a long way from Manzanillo.

staff were very attentive and observant of our needs. reception, manager and even the transfer driver went out of their way to help us recover a forgotten phone.

The room was really nice. The pool was big and it had a playground around too. Breakfast was delicious. They let us check in a couple of hours early. We had to leave a day before we had planned and they made some accommodations and returned our money fr that booked night with no problems. :)
