Breakfast was really nice and offered a great variety each day. We stayed at the hut close to the water and had some wonderful days with hiking, chilling at the small lake and using the nice grill in front of our hut for bbq.

one of our beds was really uncomfortable and there was no coffee or tea spot in the room or by the reception. just coffee that needs to be pay. i think one or two coffees as a gift would be nice…

Really nice and clean hotel, family run. In a great spot in flachau (we stayed in the summer so proximity to the ski-lifts was not an issue). Breakfast was super. A nice pool, rental bikes and so on.

No coffee in the rooms. There is a laundry room (which is great!) but you need stacks of coins to operate the machines and to go buy your own detergent. The hotel could easily organize this better, make it easier to use and even make some extra profit.

Lovely boutique hotel, put attention to small details. Beautiful design. All facilities in great condition. Service was outstanding Wish we could stay more. Highly recommended

Economy apartment = you have to wake up in the morning 5:30 every morning beaciuse the apartment is right above the supermarket warehose and due to morning delivery it is very very noisy like you sleep next to a train station.

Nice reception staff. Daily bread service at the appartment. Ski passes at the reception with some discount.

Separate toilet from bathroom would have been nice.
