top-Lage in einem sehr exlusiven Resort

Große Terrasse mit schöner Ausstattung.

We liked the recent redecoration. Smart bathroom. House keeping were excellent. Restaurants within walking distance. Nice staff.

Bed mattress was very firm. Would have preferred a softer/ feather pillow.

The property is in a great location with lovely views and easy access to the boardwalk, beach and lake areas. The apartment was very spacious with excellent kitchen and bathroom with top class housekeeping. The gardens and pool area was lovely and very well maintained.

There was no air conditioning available as we visited when they were still in off season mode (last week of March). We were lucky that it was unseasonably warm but unlucky that QDLCC had not thought it might be helpful to their guests to have air conditioning. We did ask but to no avail. The apartment was nicely decorated but the furniture was pretty uncomfortable if you wanted to have a relaxing night in to watch a movie. The beds were hard and whilst we did get a mattress topper, they weren’t much help. The charge for Wi-Fi was a surprise in these times where it should be readily available

Location was fantastic, amazing views of both the lake and the sea. The rooms were excellent and very large providing a real feeling of space with modern interiors in particular the living area which was very nicely designed and the kitchen which was very well appointed. staff were very friendly.

Not a lot to complain about, but we stayed in a 2 bedroom, and both bedroom had twin beds, it would be better if one bedroom was a true master with a king bed.

Relatively modern, large apartment. Clean, quiet bedroom. Friendly staff. All the sports channels!

2 single beds pushed together. No basics provided in the kitchen (sugar/tea/coffee/oil etc) difficult to understand the aircon/heating. Infrared sauna rarely worked. common areas could be doing with modernisation.

staff were I different. I told reception about the stink from the bathroom )had to leave fan on permanently) and they said “oh we know about that, we will address it at the end of the holiday season” - not much empathy there !
