Everything was perfect

Lovely little resort for the money, nice pool and owner is good guy, he took us and picked us from nai harn beach,

The mattress was to hard,

We loved here and ended up extending our stay waaaayy longer. The place is clean, the garden and pool lovely, staff is friendly, the food is good, rooms comfy and big and Gabriel the owner is a gentleman 😀 I felt at home here and really recommend .

This is an exceptional, familyrun resort with a real comfy and intimate feel. The rooms are more like apartments, it was really great to have so much space, also as a couple, to have more than one room to spend time in is really valuable. The pool is gorgeous, in the middle of the building and can also be used at night, which is really awesome! The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, opposed to all these big hotel complexes with their anonymity (which tends to bring out the worst in people). The owner even offers a shuttle service to Nai Harn Beach, which he does himself free of charge - that is really very generous and sweet! The general style is a bit 80s and the furniture is a bit outdated, but that didn't bother us at all, since everything was very clean and comfortable! We felt very much taken care of and we really loved our stay at Ya Nui Resort!

At breakfast you have 8 set menus to choose from, if you are used to buffet breakfast, the portions and variety might be a bit small. Also the coffee is unfortunately not good - that said, it is really difficult to find good coffee at Phuket hotel breakfasts :-)

Units around the pool were larger. Extra space is worth cost.

I was away diving when my partner arrived. I had given her name and arrival time to the office. They made her wait 2 hours before giving access to the room. No apologies. It appears that this is acceptable behavior. How is this hospitality? I would stay on the beach before giving them my business.

Location is great. if you wanna be close to Nai Harn or Yanui beaches

Little bit outdated, but functional and serves purpose

Cozy apartments around a nice pool. Lots of palm trees and flowers. Quiet and calm. Huge rooms and balconies! Great staff. Rooms a little old, but the cleaning is very good. Cleaning ladies are so sweet. .

Pre-booked breakfast is ok, but a little breakfast buffee would have been nicer.

Clean, friendly staff and quite place to stay at. Glad we found this hidden gem, easy walking distance to the beaches. Far from the main island attractions. Definitely for families and those who want a chilled out vacation away from the noise of Phuket. Sadly we didn't use the facilities as much, but i seem like a great place to stay at.

We had the big family room over the restaurant, it was obviously the best room at the hotel, so we were very pleased! Good cleaning, every day.

The facilities at the hotel was limited, the pool was a bit small and no green areas. But anyway, good value for the money..

Loved everything about our stay here - quiet area, but still close to everything (we used motorbike), beautiful trees and flowers in the hotel territory. He had the smallest studio in this hotel, but it is still bigger then simple double rooms in other hotels. Staff and the owner are really friendly and caring people :) so i definitely recommend this place.

nice location near beach and nice personel

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment in a very quiet location with an easy walk to Rawai town and Nai Harn beach. Enjoyed my stay and hope to be back again soon.
