Good location, clean and quiet room with comfy beds. We were leaving early in the morning so the hosts kindly gave us breakfast packs to have in our rooms.

Great restaurant meals , very adequate breakfast, furniture in room quite dated chipboard peeling. Tight space.

Please stock some non alcoholic beverages.

The rooms were brand new, extremely clean and well appointed with king sized beds. Breakfast was also included. Exceptional value for money.

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very friendly.

Although an older property, the room was neat and clean. The queen bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and when the restaurant wasn't opening on the Sunday for breakfast, the manager gave us a breakfast pack instead. The property was located on the main road into Tamworth however we were not disturbed by road noise, nor could we hear the people in the rooms either side of us. Excellent value for money.

The air conditioning overflow dripped outside our door which meant dodging puddles of water entering or leaving the room. We were expecting to have breakfast before we left on our last day and waited for the restaurant to open only to be told it wouldn't be. We would have left earlier had we known. Perhaps management could put a sign out or email / SMS guests in future.

All the staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Room was very cosy. Bed very comfortable. Shower pressure absolutely awesome.

The bathroom and toilet need celling fans and a window to avoid Mould growing and allow fresh air in the room..

Beds comfy and clean

Bathroom tiles dirty/ door hard to shut. Hot and Cold tap were marked the opposite and a burning hazard. Room smelt of old cigarettes and was musky no ventilation.

The double bed was a little small

Location for is good, Did not have the opportunity to have breakfast .

Room size large, bed comfortable, water hot, WiFi good. Had a guest laundry.

Stated had on site restaurant but not open since covid. Need to update information.
