Poor hygiene, dusty beds, uncut vegetation which quite literally grew inside the room, rusty faucet and shower nozzle. Shower and sinks poured salty water; the staff told us it was a common problem throughout the area even though other nearby properties didn't have the same issue. The whole facility is packed with screaming children and does not look like in the pictures posted on the listing (they looked very similar to a nearby property). We had to promptly cancel our reservation after the first night asking for a refund and look for a new place where to stay since my fiancé is allergic to dust.

Good breakfast buffet with a lot to chose from. The hotel is a walk of about 15-20 minutes from the Harbour with good restaurants.

The hotel staff was not always service minded. Eg we ordered breakfast to go for our last day as we had an early flight. When we checked out they did not know we asked for it and it wasn’t ready.

Location close to the beach.

The food was not meeting our expectations at all. The smell at the room was mold and not any comfortable with ants across the room.

Hotel was quite dated...air conditioning was not great and there was no equipment in the kitchen ie no kettle pans etc...

The location was very central and close to everything you needed. Pool was my favorite.

The selection of food wasn’t the best for a fussy eater. That being said there was great choice if you are willing to try new thing I am just very plain when it comes to food.

Breakfast was poor and expensive

The management is very poor . They put kids in the nosy area , the property booked is not same like in pictures.

The reception staff was always helpful and friendly. There is also a very small beach (Calo d'es Pou) close to hotel (4-5 min by walking) - if you look for a hotel that's close to the beach by walk, this hotel might work in that regard.

There are many things that are in very poor condition and negative about the hotel: 1) The most important thing is the water from the taps in the hotel rooms are salty water! There is no chance that you can take a fresh shower after a day at the beach or pool and get cleaned. This is such a big defect for this hotel. We had to buy drinking water from the markets nearby to brush our teeth. It gives a stinky feeling on your hands after you wash your hands every time. 2) Overall cleanliness is not good. There were hair on the walls of the bathroom. 3) There was a very strong damp stink in our room. It got even worse (the smell got stronger) if we leave the ventilation on. So we had to turn it off and had to deal with the heat and struggled to sleep in the hot room. 4) The spare bed for the 3rd person in the “living room” was super uncomfortable. The bed is so thin that you can feel the wooden structure underneath. Impossible to get a good night sleep. The pictures in the booking.com are super nice but in reality the hotel rooms were super old and weary. 5) The fridge was not working in our room. They changed it upon our request (which is a good thing about the staff) but the fact that they are not even aware of it is a good sign of poor performance of the hotel. 6) They did not give us a second card for the room. It was only 1 card and it was difficult to get organized if you are more than 1 person booking the room.

Staff and management very well coordinated. Good very good. Location excellent. Good for all inclusive availability all day and night. Never any queuing for anything. Tables always being cleared.
