Apartment well located, but: 1. terribly loud - constantly flying planes made it impossible to sleep; besides, loud music from the premises next door. Drama. 2. The hot water is from the boiler. It happened notoriously that the plugs were broken because the boiler was overheating; and the effect was that there was no hot water! 3. on the balcony there were two tanks for water collected from the air conditioning; It turned out that the owner did not tell us that the water had to be poured out; the effect was that we flooded our neighbors. The owner had to enter our apartment during our stay! 4. lizards on the balcony - if you don't like reptiles, don't choose this place. 5. only one set of towels; for a week's stay - a little bit. 6. mosquito nets on balconies are old enough; need review. 7. I asked for an invoice - I gave up after a week of requests; I don't know what the problem was! I have not received the invoice! 8. there are ants in the apartment; not only on the balcony, but also in the room and kitchen. To sum up - I will not recommend !!!!

Nice, comfortable and well equipped flat in Corfu Town, away from the crowded tourist area. The host let us leave our baggage before the check-in hour. The flat was very clean, the kitchen had everything you might need. We received a complimentary bottle of local wine, Greek mountain tea and some snacks, which was really thoughtful.

The bedroom has a faulty mosquito net and the access to the balcony, next to the bed, is quite tight and it’s pretty difficult to move around the room.

The location was great - there were a number of cafes less than 5min walk and the city centre was 10min away. The host was was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was in perfect condition and it was spotless!

Modern well equipped apartment. Good and interesting non-tourist area with good cafe/bar close by. Easy walk into corfu town and the Liston. Thoughtful, helpful host Litsa for whom nothing was too much trouble. Free gifts on arrival. Free parking at rear of the building was great

+ amazing host Litsa: very friendly and welcoming, super organized and cares for her visitors + apartment is very nice decorated and super comfortable with balcony and washing machine + super tidy: I am very picky but I have nothing to complain about at this place + location is spot on: very central (6 minutes walk into town) with grocery store just next door with all kinds of food + parking spot is a bit hidden but does exist and is very convenient + all windows head to the back (nice and quiet) and all have a mosquito net in front of them - amazing 😻

Words are not enough. The host, Litsa was warm and welcoming.Also extremely helpful. The property is excellent, and couldn't fault anything.
