We booked this as a base to travel to the Round Top flea markets. Brenham turned out to be a place to explore all on its own! The Rex was perfect for our needs. It was perfectly located. It was clean and cozy. The King size bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of bathroom linens for our stay.

This is the perfect spot if you are wanting to stroll the streets of downtown Brenham. Historic and beautiful, owners left bottled water, granola bars, and oatmeal packets. Kuerig coffee maker nice also. King bed was very comfortable, and heater worked great. Basic kitchen and other amenities. Great communication and easy check-in/out process. Cool hidden spot!

We stayed in Brenham 1 block from the downtown square to enjoy the music. The Rex was situated perfectly for food, music and fun. I recommend the Rex to anyone who wants to stay in Brenham downtown.

I stayed here with 2 girlfriends who were getting away for a girls weekend. This was. Cute loft in Downtown where we could walk to shops and cafes. There was plenty of room, beds were comfy and place was clean. We had no issues getting ourselves in upon check in. Will stay again.

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed our stay together at this location for a nearby family wedding. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for our one night stay. We look forward to staying here again later this year for another family wedding in Brenham.

Right downtown Brenham. Walking distance to everything. Great sleeping accommodations and fully stocked kitchen. The 1 1/2 bathrooms were great as well. We will definitely stay there again!!!

Oh my gosh, I was totally blown away at this loft. There is so much room. The open concept downstairs was amazing. The loft held a king sized bed and had a full bathroom. The only drawback was the amazing light that came into the apartment from the windows, maybe some curtains in the loft area would cut down on the light. It is as described by the owner. It is truly an amazing place. Lots of space. Twin bed on the first floor. Kitchen fully stocked for use. I plan to return in December for a longer stay as this is my new staycation home! The added plus is the location, we were able to walk to all the stores from the apartment.

A very nice place in a location next to downtown. Prefect for “Hot Nights/Cool Tunes”. Be sure and try out Las Americas for excellent food.

My 8 year old son and I had a great time at The Rex Loft. The check in/out process was a breeze. Peter, the owner, was very attentive and promptly responded to questions before and during our stay. I will definitely book this loft again the next time that I am visiting my hometown.

Spacious loft close to shopping in Brenham

It was very convenient to be able to walk to anything in downtown Brenham. Parking was close and plentiful so getting out to the surrounding attractions was easy. Sleeping on the fold out sofa bed was less than ideal but it was nice to have the half bath nearby. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect location for a girls getaway.

The loft is charming, really industrial urban and right in town, so you don't need to drive after you get here. Peter, the owner, is wonderful! He left snacks and water for us, which we appreciated! The tv's were great, the bed was great and the towels were super. Peter was accessable so he had travel suggestions and we will reserve again!

This is a great space! The bed was so comfortable. My hubby and I both slept so well. The location is perfect, too. You can walk to everything in the town.

We really enjoyed our stay at the loft. The space is huge and comfortable. The space is right in the middle of town where we could walk the shops and restaurants. It’s a very unique, one of a kind space but also provided the comfort and cleanliness we weee looking for.
