Excellent facilities, perfect for a ski or summer vacation. We come every year as a group for skiiing and it is perfect for us , very comfortable, cosy and the staff are great.

A little out of town but connection with ski shuttle bus at daytime

Internet was non-existant between 06-00 - not even at night (5 a.m.) and reception didn’t care.

The floors were dusty and could be better cleaned. Only one elevator to the garage is a bottleneck.

very comfortable and practical accommodation , close to the slopes. warm and clean place. good indoor parking opportunity .

playroom/activity room for children is missing. there is small play room for very small kids 1-3 year olds, and one shuffle board for adults which can be used by kids (in busy periods there is lot of waiting included). some more content for kids 5-10 years would be great !

Location is great the view is stunning and the appartments are huge

well appointed, situation very good

they charged extra for everything, even the shuffle board. I felt that pool and trim room should be included. that felt “cheap”

Rooms and bed were great, as expected. Great view, a parking garage for your car, really nice.

Some practical things were missing, like proper washing rack or simple hooks for dish towels, also the amount of cutlery is always way to limited, a bread knife was missing, that kind of things. Easy to fix though.

Very spacious and fresh, nice room! Kitchen with all necessary things included!

That you need to pay extra for bed sheets and towels. This is not normal practice for any hotels in Europe.
