The hotel’s location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were cordial and did their best to help us. However, I had a few issues during my stay.

However, I had a few issues during my stay. Firstly, there was a discrepancy in the shipping information provided by the staff; one member assured us that if we shipped our luggage two days in advance, it would arrive at our next destination within 1-2 days. Unfortunately, when we went to ship our luggage, another staff member informed us it would actually take 3-4 days, which disrupted our plans significantly. Additionally, the room’s comfort was subpar. Although advertised for two, the space was so limited that moving around freely was challenging for one person, let alone two. There was inadequate space to store and access our luggage easily, and the shower’s fluctuating water temperature was another inconvenience.

Ottima la posizione, camere piccole ma pulite e carine. Ottima l'area comune dove poter consumare i propri pasti con una vista davvero notevole. Colazione minimale: caffè/tè, pane tostato e marmellata. Utile la disponibilità di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Dispobibili al deposito bagagli pre-checkin.

La colazione potrebbe essere arricchita ad esempio con un distributore automatico.

Looks newly renovated with a nice touch of Japanese decor--tatami and Japanese-themed wallpaper. Twin beds are comfortable.

Internet signal was HORRIBLE. Our room is the largest on the floor which faces the Sumida River. The two internet connection networks on my floor were mostly dysfunctional and so was an upper floor one. Had to use my own internet hub (Pokefi), but strangely and frustratingly it kept disconnecting itself every 3-4 minutes; I knew Pokefi itself wasn't the culprit since it worked fine elsewhere. Wanted to try this place and if good, will choose it for my next visit since it is located very close to Asakusa Kaminarimon. However, will not consider returning due to its ridiculous internet signal, showing weak all the time during our stay, whether it be 3 am during the night or early morning, afternoon or evening!!! The signal was so weak that our iphone didn't even identify the floor networks and hence wasn't even appeared on the available networks list!!

It was in a fantastic location with excellent restaurant next door and 7Eleven over the road. Cold water was always available as was hot drinks and toast in the morning.

It is newly renovated. The interior design of room is impressive, in a japanese style. The room isn’t very big but big enough for opening 2 28” luggages at the same time. The hotel offers simple breakfast too - toast served with butter and jam. The bread supplier is a bakery nearby with long history. The bread tastes so good! It also has a self-service corner on the ground floor where you can get razor, slippers, tea bags. Don’t forget to go up to the 9 & 10/F to enjoy your breakfast with the view of Skytree and the river.

It only offers clothes tree, no closet. There is not much space to hang clothes. It’s a bit inconvenient if you do not bring your own hangers.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It is a 'business' hotel but the rooms are made with care, with some nice Japanese touches (e.g., tatami mats) and are bigger than other accommodation we had in Japan! The staff were very friendly. The location is great, just a 2' walk from Asakusa station, and within walking distance of lots of cafes, restaurants and markets. A great base to explore Tokyo for a few days.

The lobby area is not the nicest/is a little messy It didn't matter much though, because the staff are very welcoming and we had all amenities we needed.

Excellent location, close to main attractions and restaurants from Asakusa.

Tiny rooms, some of them without blackout in the window, thin window in a noise neighborhood. Very dark rooms. Very narrow aisle, difficult to manage large luggages. Ramp from entrance to elevator is very irregular, risk of accident. Cleaning person sweating a lot while handling clean towels. Breakfast is served on ground floor, with option to take to 9th floor. Could be served directly in there, to be more comfortable and clean.

Second time staying at hotel. Love the interior of their traditional-inspired rooms with the tatami mats which is more unique compared to other hotels. Atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Hotel only provides a simple breakfast of bread and beverages, but the bread is fresh and delicious. The lounge on the 9th floor is also very spacious and the view of the Sumida river from it was lovely. Staff also helped to bring up the luggage to my room before I checked-in, as I had left the luggage with them for storage in the morning.

As this hotel is not new and has been around for several years, the rooms in the older wing has some signs of age, e.g. stains on the wall. Also didn't like the bathroom tap system for the shower which was shared with the sink.

Two minutes walk to Asakusa Station.
