The cottage was a lovely place to stay, great communication from the owner and would definitely stay again.

Our 1st visit to Esperance, such a beautiful place. Took our dog with us who loved the quick walk to beach or park from our place and nice backyard for her to stay while we explored the national park and surrounding areas. Accommodation a short walk to the hub of town and jetty.

Very impressed with the house. Had everything we needed in a great location.

We only had a very brief stay but the cottage was perfect for us. It has a very homely feel, beds were super comfortable and the backyard was nice and secure for our dogs. It’s the perfect location for walks to the beach, and we would have loved to have stayed longer.

For a first trip to Esperance, this place was amazing to stay at. Great location, easy communication with owners and overall a good place to stay even if you have a doggo.

Lovely little renovated cottage in a good and convenient location. My only negative is there was 3 adult men staying, they each had a bedroom but only 2 bath towels were provided?. Also the toilet makes a terrible screach when flushed that continues well into the night so you have to turn the tap off at bottom of cistern to get sleep.

Had an amazing stay at Urchin Cottage. The bedrooms and living areas are all very generously sized and we found the cottage was perfect for what we needed it for. The owners we're very accomodating when it came to our beloved four legged family member as well. Thanks Sean and Sharon for renting us this little gem for our break in Esperance 😊

Perfect little cottage with a great little backyard for our puppies. Cottage is homely and comfortable. Great location within minutes from the beach and shopping centres.

The property was clean and comfortable. Just a little too far out of town central . Good outdoor area for BBQs

We as a family of three plus a rottweiler enjoyed our short holiday in the Urchin Beach Cottage. Despite the house is old it's very well kept for guests. Linen and towels are shiny white. Kichen is full of utensils. We even could find very tasty and strong instant coffee. The Cottage is located just in few hundred meters from the beach and we didn't need to spend to much time to have nice morning and evening walks with our dog. Our dog was happy to play with us in the big grassy and fenced back yard. It is safe to leave a dog there overnight or during a day if we had to drive to the Le Grand National Park. If we will have another holiday in Esperance we definitely will choose the Urchin Beach Cottage for our stay.

Comfortable and homely house. Bonus points for allowing fur family to join us.

Only one issue there is no wifi at property …….

Our stay was great in this little cottage. The location is great for nearby IGA and beach. We had fun on the scooters riding in & out of town. The house is tidy and well stocked, does need some finish off painting and a new DVD player, but nothing that affects your stay.

Location was perfect for us. Close to the bike path for a walk, ride or scooter into town. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard. I really liked that the house was stocked with all the basics. Although the local IGA is only a short stroll away if you run out of anything. We will def be back.

Wonderful place to be. Big house, looks a lot larger and better than the photo. Comfy beds, well equipped . Washing machine pretty new, nice to have a dryer. All of our dirty clothes got wash and dried before we go. Welcoming host. Amazing and comfy stay. Highly recommended

Good location. Easy to access town from there with short drive or a bit of a walk. Layout of house was ok for just a couple. Wifi would have been good for smart tv for longer stay.

We will definitely be returning to this cottage which provided plenty of room for our family of 5 plus two dogs. We all got ready for a wedding there.

House was clean & tidy. Great enclosed outdoor area. Although it was too wet this trip to utilise! Comfy beds. So good to have reverse cycle in lounge. :) Definitely keep in mind for any future visits.

Loved our stay! Kitchen was well equipped, and house clean and well maintained. Convenient location, and beautiful sounds of ocean waves. Wish we knew there was no WiFi prior, but wasn't a huge deal, was great to switch off. Highly recommend 👌

We loved our stay at Urchin Cottage, a very relaxing vibe. Everything we needed, close to town and the beach. Great to have the enclosed backyard to leave our dog when visiting the National park. The owner was very helpful, when we realised the bbq gas bottle was empty he came and replaced it straight away.

This is a great property , beautifully renovated in a great location but it needs a good clean top to bottom and a few upgrades . Dusty and cob web ridden if you look up at the light fixtures and ceiling fans ,blinds and rugs could do with a clean too. most concerning though was the moldy ceiling in the toilet/laundry not great . Also the sheets and linen were nice but the mattress felt like it was 50 years old and hard as a rock. No wifi was ok but the TV was very dated and remote held together with sticky tape was poor, would be nice if they provided foxtel to their guests as they have for themselves next door.

Was a good family/pet friendly place to stay!
