Very good location for public transport

Breakfasts could have been better. No Apple juice on 3 days. No baked beans one day and no individual yogurts on one day

View from room. Sunrise made Grimsby look extra special. The close proximity to the train station if you’re reliant on public transport is excellent. Newsagent also very close to hotel.

Was very noisy! Room looked nice but bed was uncomfortable and all floor boards creaked and breakfast was rubbish

Breakfast being included in the price was good. We liked our room and the shower was amazing, plenty of hot water and space. Big bed and linen looked clean. Location is perfect for the train station and town centre.

The hot breakfast options were quite limited and the coffee from an automatic machine was not the best. Pillows were uncomfortable and the TV was not a smart TV.

Nice welcome, no fuss, very efficient and helpful. The food in the restaurant, whilst limited for vegetarians was nevertheless very good and served promptly and attractively. I left my coat in the restaurant but it was given to me the next mornng at breakfast ( the member of staff recognised me)

Room and hotel very clean, bed very comfortable, facilities in the room v good. Breakfast food very good and good variety of food.

The whole hotel modern spacious, lovely rooms and modern power shower, near station, well appointed and comfortable, and complimentary breakfast, receptionist especially very helpful ( jasmine) a exceptional service. Would recommend to anyone in preference to any other establishment. Mike and Elaine 20& 21st May .

Extremely clean, spacious room. Power shower. Varied breakfast though I didn't enjoy the sausage (minor). Good price.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar area was welcoming and had good snacks available until late.

There wasn't enough tea, coffee and milk in the room. Though we were given a few milks when asked.
