We enjoyed 4 nights at this well designed and well furnished split level apartment with A/C on both floors. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove/oven, and is well supplied. A small alley provides access to the apt as well as ample secure parking. The internet connection is excellent. The wonderfully quiet location is perfect -there’s a bakery ,a butchers hop and fish store within 300mm. The restaurants and attractions of the Kale and Old Town are with in an easy14 minute walk.

Everything was great, we had no complaints. As one other guest mentioned the 2nd floor is reached by 16 steps on a circular stairwell. There are 2 steps down into the bedroom as well as a half step up to the bathroom (which is on the 2nd level) . This would be a concern for some older adults with mobility issues, or people with disabilities. So this might be a consideration for some. On the other hand, we are in our late 60's had had no issues.

Fabulous and very spacious apartment with all your needs covered. Good air-conditioning as it was extremely hot during our stay. Walking distance to KTEL bus stop and all restaurants etc by the lake and shops. Highly recommend fir family of 4. The apartment is exactly like the photos advertised

Contemporarly lfurnished apartment within walking distance of the old part of Ioannina and the lake. The big advantage is the possibility of parking in the courtyard of the building, which has limited access with a barrier.

Despite the previous positive reviews, I can't help but share what we found. We arrived late afternoon after a tiring journey from southern Peloponnese. We had a good communication via Viber with the host and without problems we found the apartment key and the remote control for the parking barrier in the key box. However, when the shower was turned on in the bathroom, the floor of the entire room flooded. In practice, the siphon of the shower cabin was totally blocked and my husband had to clean it himself - believe me, the sight was disgusting. The next day I explained the problem to Theresa (the host) and it turned out that the cleaning lady had forgotten to clean it. In my opinion, based on the amount of hair and dirt my husband pulled out of the drain it hadn't been cleaned in months.

A beautiful, modern apartment with everything you would need for a longer stay. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. Parking was always available and it was a short stroll to Thessaloniki’s many attractions.

A very lovely contemporary apartment with all facilities needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of linen and towels. Great shower. One large bedroom, downstairs lounge, kitchen, table and TV.

An outside area would have been nice but not possible in the design of the building.

Very tastefully decorated and equipped. Perfect for a small family stay. The host was very helpful and attentive.

Spacious, clean and fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the apartment so much we decided to extend our stay.

Everything was clean,as advertised, near every attraction of the city and the host gave us the opportunity to wash our clothes as well. I definitely recommend it.

Very modern and well-appointed apartment. Off-street parking is a real bonus, as is washing machine! Netflix connection was appreciated also.

First time giving a 10 out of 10! This is the greatest place we've ever stayed at! You won't want to leave. Super clean. The location is ideal, there's parking, the house is gorgeous, comfortable and cozy and so stylish. You'll find everything you need from a washing machine to a built in chromecast (TV) so you can enjoy your stay. What a perfect place to stay, can't wait to visit again!
