This property was awesome, and just as advertised. We had a great stay and especially the outdoor area of the house after we returned from playing golf. I would recommend this property.

Amazing time! Beautiful home could've asked for a better place. The house was everything you could imagine. And the outdoors area were breath-taking.

Our stay was ok. The house was big enough for a group of 15 people. There is plenty of room. Love the 2nd fridge in the laundry room. The kitchen has plenty of appliances which was a plus for us. Now the next things I am about to say does not change my mind about how beautiful and big this house is. The things we did not like as a group, were some of the mattresses. Some of the ladies complain about how extremely soft some of them were and complain about body pain. And me being a pregnant woman, the mattress was not the most comfortable. Also the heat did not really work but we had plenty of covers. But overall, it was a wonderful stay.

My 10-person family (spanning 4 households) with ages ranging from 8-70 thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kevin & Julie’s beautiful home. The floor plan was ideal for all of the nuclear families within our family. Plenty of space indoors and out to enjoy together and to carve out some “me” time. Great indoor spaces for the adults to savor morning coffee, for the kids to have arts & crafts, and for us all to enjoy family game nights and movie nights. We had fun in the backyard, playing volleyball during the day and making s’mores around the fire pit at night. The kitchen was perfect for preparing large family-style meals. I personally enjoyed the versatility of the shower in the non-master bathroom on the main floor: offering rainfall, jets and handheld options. It was my peaceful oasis. From the young to the young at heart, from the introvert to the extrovert, and from the homebody to the outdoorsy type, there was literally something for everybody. To top it all off, Kevin & Julie were very responsive and helpful before and during stay. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The outdoor patio, pool, ping pong table, and grill were so much fun. We spent almost. All our waking hours outside. Really enjoyed the deer each day especially the fawn.

Our new home away from home….. Sweet Tea estates was a great place for our family. Our kids loved every minute. The outdoor space was fantastic, we loved spending time outside doing bbq and just relaxing. The house is great for kids, teens and adults alike. Also, the communication with the host was great. They answered all of our questions before and during the trip. The first of many visits 😊😊.

Very well maintained, very comfortable for big family, great outdoors with a lot of things to do ( pool, ping pong, volleyball, badminton,very nice outdoor dining area, fire pit). We enjoyed our stay very much and will recommend this property to our friends. Owners are very responsible and welcoming!

The house worked well the backyard was amazing. We played all the games and spent a lot of time in the pool. Congratulations to the owner. You did a good job.

We had a family annual gathering. The location was perfect as the family drove in from four different States. The pool was large and pristine. All the children practically lived in the pool. The home is very large with ample space for everyone. Cooking, eating together, playing games and just relaxing. Inside or outside, lots of space to be together. Would definitely go back next year.

This place was absolutely perfect for a birthday getaway with family! The pictures don't do it justice. We had more than enough space and the pool was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be coming back.

Our long weekend at Sweet Tea Estate was fantastic for a family get together of 11 with ages 10-82. The house was perfect! A beautiful kitchen and living space, bedrooms, all with comfy beds and an outside entertainment space that the kids and adults loved. The pool was great and was used practically every minute of the days we were there, plus the volleyball area, table tennis, fire pit and the excellent grill set up. It was home for a few days and was exactly what we all needed. We wish we had booked for longer! We made lots of fun memories at Sweet Tea and would love to stay again. We will treasure our time together. Thank you so much Kevin and Julie for being wonderful hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was spacious and the backyard was wonderful. Ample space for a large group. The backyard is full of amenities along with being private and peaceful at the same time.

The house and property were both beautiful and comfortable. It was large enough for our group of 12 adults to relax in their own space, but also be able to gather together. When searching for properties, I specifically looked for a house with a large dining room table so we could sit together. We were able to enjoy meals around the dining room table and also used the lovely patio areas. The kitchen is nicely equipped with plenty of cabinet and refrigerator space. We also had fun using the ping pong table and sitting around the fire pit.

This was a perfect house for our 16 person golf trip. The outdoor patio was great to hang out and watch TV. If we come back to the area next year for our trip, we will definitely be staying at this house again.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful backdrop for my birthday celebration. It was everything you said and so much more! Everyone instantly felt comfortable and we were blessed with a gorgeous spring weekend in Georgia. We especially enjoyed the ability for us to all eat together at one table, and the variety of gathering places for groups. It was so easy to find, and there was nothing that we lacked. The grandchildren loved seeing the deer in the woods and taking their baths in the "indoor pool" (a.k.a. the master bath tub). Everyone enjoyed their stay. (PS: Thank you for labeling the light switches! It made life so much easier!)

We loved our time at Sweet Tea Estate! The property was perfect for our needs and comfortably housed all 16 of us. It was incredibly convenient to food, shopping and downtown Gainesville. We wished we could stay longer! Thank you for helping us create lasting memories!

Each January, my friends and I take a weekend to gather for an extended time together. It's a time with no expectations except to enjoy each other's company. We typically end up in a mountain home. This was our first venture to Gainesville. We wondered if we would miss the mountains; turns out, we didn't! The house was great. We loved the large dining table, spacious kitchen, and plenty of seating areas. It was a bit cold to enjoy the outdoors for long, but we managed to sit bundled-up in the sun for a couple hours. Great outdoor space.

Our large family stayed here for Christmas week and we had a great time! House is large and has everything you need! Great backyard! Would stay here again! Thanks for hosting us!

This property was great for our family get together. 15 of us from 70 to 5 yrs old and there was room enough for everyone! Minutes from grocery stores, movie theater, and restaurants…it was perfect! Highly recommend!

We could not have been more pleased! Our stay was quick and busy with wedding plans. We would like to come back when we can relax and enjoy that amazing backyard.

The space of the property was so large. We loved the outside spaces and pool. I'm going to keep this property in mind for our next get together.

My family stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my son’s birthday. The house is better than advertised, and it was the perfect gathering space for our group of 11. Everyone can have their private space while still allowing large areas to be together. We could all sit comfortably in the kitchen for meals. Every detail has been thought out and prepared for, including pool accessories and towels. The owners were extremely responsive and took care of the simple requests we had during our stay. I would highly recommend staying in this home. Beautiful, secluded views make you feel like you’re in the mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Gainesville area. The backyard was amazing and is where we spent most of our time. Pool and kitchen area were enjoyable. Communication from the host was excellent. Would stay again. Thank you!

Pictures are very accurate. Kitchen and outdoor pool area are phenomenal. A very clean, stocked and well maintained house! Owners very responsive. Only negative is access to the lake (there is none- you have to drive to get to lake access or to take a walk on a not busy street), but they are clear about that in their description. This was just more of a preference for our family. Gainesville has everything you need; it’s a busy area, but very convenient. Downtown historic square is just a few short miles away and has some really fun spots. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a beautiful property. The house is just as described. The pool was wonderful. It was close enough for shopping and for doing other activities. We visited Lake Lanier and enjoyed the activities there.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Sweet Tea! It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood & close to stores & restaurants. We LOVED the back yard oasis! The saltwater pool was a huge hit as well as the gorgeous house inside. The kitchen is very nice & big. Had everything we needed to make our meals. Beds were comfy & we all had plenty of room to relax throughout the house. The owners were very helpful & always available for us if we needed them. Thank you for a great vacation!! 👍🏻

We enjoyed all the amenities as described within this beautiful spacious home. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to all the stores and restaurants you could possibly want. Our large party of 4 families had adequate room to enjoy our family time while allowing plenty of space to get away from the hubbub if needed. Wonderful property!

This host thought of everything and the location was dreamy. So much wildlife and scenery to enjoy while we gathered as a work team. At least one coworker said that their bed was the most comfortable bed they had ever slept in. Hopeful it is available for our next trip back to Atlanta for a work conference.
