We couldn’t have asked for a better location than this townhome. It was literally five minutes into any of the parks. The home is stocked with everything you and your family need. Maybe a few more bath towels would be helpful for families. But overall it is a great townhome

Very convenient location to Disney and airport. Drove from Michigan and decided on a house over Disney resort last minute. Saved money and was so much better imo. Kid friendly home and safe area. The resort pool is amazing, good food and not too overpriced. Easy delivery location for groceries. Very responsive host only issue we had was a light bulb burnt out for patio but was an easy fix.

We really enjoyed this property! Everything was very clean, the place had more then enough room and the owners were so nice and answered questions quickly! We will be back :)

We stayed in this condo for a few nights and had a great time. Everything we needed was provided. The space was clean and hosts were very responsive. Pool was the perfect size and location is close to everything- 5 minutes from stores, 10 minutes to Disney. We would definitely stay here again.

This location is easy to get to and from all the Disney parks. Having three bedrooms and three baths was perfect for our family of five. It is clean and has all the necessities. My only suggestion is to bring pillows because the ones on the beds are flat.

6 adults..plenty of room. Easy in and out of house and property.

The townhome was conveniently located and it was perfect for what my family needed. The owner’s respond quickly which I liked. I recommend it.

The property/condo was nice and clean. Community pool was nice but needs more umbrellas (outside of owners’ control). Very short drive to Disney parks and an hour to Cocoa Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. Super location and great for the price. We appreciated the extra linens they had available and enjoyed the small pool with the screen in porch.

We enjoyed the amenities and felt the price was right for our room. Great location! Kids loved the splash pool!

The owners are very nice they respond to all emails in a timely manner!!The place was very clean.. Kitchen have everything for cooking needs.. But the pool is super small it’s like the size of a jacuzzi .. I paid for pool heating for nothing. It’s okay for a very very short stay, every bed in the place feels like card board. Sleeping was so uncomfortable!

Thankfully we only stayed 3 nights, beds were so uncomfortable and hard, sofa unusable as so uncomfortable to sit on. If our stay was any longer we would have had to move. Also pool heating was not on as requested and pool area outside was dirty, inside was however spotless.

We enjoyed our stay, even though it was very short. Home was very clean, very comfortable, and more than enough room for our party of (5) adults. Location was great, as we were looking for something in very close proximity to the Disney parks. Location also offered lots of nearby dining and shopping choices! Plan to stay again when we visit Disney (if available!) Thank you to the owners, Ogi and Raj who were also very quick to respond to all inquiries!

We enjoyed the area, and the house! It was very cleaned and had everything we needed for our stay in Orlando! The community that the house is located in was very well kept! We will definitely be back!

If you are going to spend time at the Disney Parks, this is a great location. It is close to the parks, shopping and restaurants. However, I would not call this a "luxury" house. For the money, it was still a decent deal, but the pictures and description are a bit misleading. My biggest complaint was that the carpet was so thin and worn, several times we all stepped on the nails of the carpet tacking! Ouch! The appliances are very old and loud, and the couple of times we used the stove and oven, the whole house got full of smoke, even though they appeared to be clean. The bath rugs and bedding were all very worn and falling apart and the beds are hard as rocks. I even considered buying foam eggshell pads for the time we were there to save our backs but we survived. The master bath has a great bathtub, but only the shower worked so we couldn't use the tub, which would have been nice after being on our feet for 12 hours each day. I would stay at the resort again, but would stay in a different unit. This one felt like a budget hotel with the bare bones for decorations, furniture, appliances, etc. I would rather pay a little more so it actually feels like I am on vacation. This was our first time using a VRBO and next time we will do a little more research. It was a little disappointing as this vacation meant a lot to us. We made the best of it though. For my family, the small private pool was not worth renting this place, but if you had small kids, they would probably enjoy the pool. My biggest complaint was the carpet looked dirty, was worn to the threads and stepping on nails was irritating and painful.

Great location and super quiet. Just what I needed.

Loved the space this unit offered. Came equipped with everything you might need. The private pool is screened and the kids loved it. The carpet could use replacing as it is worn thin where it meets the tile and little feet didn't like the tack strip poking into heels. We would stay again.

Great location!!!! Very close to Animal Kingdom! Easy check in process-owners very easy to communicate with and willing to make sure everything went smoothly. Too chilly to enjoy the pool but overall a wonderful trip!

This rental was perfect for our vacation. I highly recommend it. It is located in a nice gated community, very clean, and plenty of space for all 6 of us.
