This property’s location is absolutely perfect—we loved not moving the car a single time from when we arrived until when we left. Beds are comfy and the home is well-appointed with linens and other household items. We will definitely stay here again, as communication with the hosts was top-notch.

We stayed just for a quick weekend getaway and it was so conveniently located to all of the bars, restaurants and the boardwalk. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

House was very clean and comfortable. Owners communicated very well. Everything we needed was in the house for our 5 night stay. Having the bike path right at the doorstep was so nice for daily walks and we walked right to the boardwalk and to coffee shops.

We often stay in the boardwalk area at CB for the convenience of being able to walk to all the places we like to frequent. This little house is a walkable jewel. Super clean, and we could tell as soon as we walked in the attention to cleanliness that is paid. It smelled fresh, the linens were shining white, and a wrapped dish sponge was provided. The owner was excellent with communication and super kind and patient. That stuff is so important to us. We will absolutely stay here again. Can't wait for our next trip!

Place is cute. Good location. Nice porch! Beds are very firm so if you need something softer, bring your own topper. I went out and bought one. Also don’t forget soap for the shower. Property owners are wonderful to work with!

We loved it. The house was great. It is in the perfect location. Walking distance to anything. Check in was super simple. It was very clean. I think it started a new family tradition.

Adorable cottage in walking distance to beach, boardwalk and restaurants! Our family of 5 loved our stay here, though cozy, we had room to spread out and we could also all fit on the couch to watch a movie. The cottage is quiet but so close to the boardwalk and beach. On Thursdays you can hear the live band and watch the fireworks from the porch! Highly recommend playing at the arcade, great value and fun prizes, and also eating at Hand Ten, the burgers and paninis are delicious! That being said the kitchen was lovely, large and fully stocked and we appreciated being able to make our own meals. The full size dishwasher, as well as washer and dryer were a blessing. There is an outside shower on the back porch which helps to wash off after playing at the beach.

My family and I enjoyed a quick trip to Carolina beach thanks in part to the pink house! The listing was just as described and a perfect location. The owners were very responsive and we can’t wait to go back!

We have been renting vacation homes via VRBO for decades. From small one bedrooms to large 6 bedrooms. This rental was by far the cleanest and best supplied . Everything was neat and orderly, spotless and comfortable. A phone call about a problem with the internet brought someone to our front door within minutes. The outdoor shower is divine. Great location . Near everything but quiet. We will be going back again and again. Don’t hesitate to choose this rental. The owners have larger homes also. They are now our go to owners that we want to rent from.

The house is exactly as pictured. It was super neat and homey. The living area was lovely and the kitchen spacious! A short walk to the boardwalk access. An absolute dream, honestly! The owner was great and communicated effectively.

The pink house was the perfect location for a short family beach getaway! Easy walking access to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. And super handy to have a little grocery store across the street.

We had an absolute blast staying in the pink house. The owners were great, wonderful communication! Amenities were a nice bonus and was able to complete my laundry before leaving for our next spot on vacation! Would stay here again!!

This is the second time we have stayed in the pink house and the third time we have stayed on Rainbow Row. We consistently have an incredible time and have no desire to find alternatives. The house is easily walkable to many restaurants, the board walk, icecream, the book store, the food mart, etc. We love sitting on the front porch and watching people as they go by. The lot on the north end makes it easy for us to have a chill beach day with the kids. Will be booking with you again!!

My husband and I stayed at the Pink House with our 2 and 5 year old for two nights at the end of June. The house was perfect- small but plenty of space for the 4 of us (we didn’t even use one of the bedrooms) and very clean and cute. Details we appreciated were the up to date appliances, the pleasant little front porch with bistro lights, the outdoor shower put back, and a toy kitchen in one of the bedrooms that the kids loved. The location was great; a grocery store accords the street gave us easy access to beach snacks and beverages, and the beach was a ~5 minute walk that my two year old was able to do without being carried. We enjoyed the beach in the mornings and evenings, coffee at Majik Beans (has a great kids nook where they can play while you order!), the boardwalk rides after 5 pm, a midday visit to the aquarium at Fort Fisher, and an evening visit to Kure Pier. I would recommend the Pink House to anyone who is looking for a weekend getaway to Carolina Beach with their family! Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean and big kitchen! Close to the beach and boardwalk. Roku tv and board games were great for the rainy weather. Parking was good for 2 cars. Convenient little grocery across the street.

The Pink house is exactly as advertised. Nicely appointed with supplies and comfortable seating and beds, but the best part is the 2 block walk to the boardwalk and ocean! Great restaurants within walking distance. Super communication with the hosts, who were great to deal with. We’ll be back!

The property was as advertised! My wife and I wanted to get away for a couple of days for our anniversary. The property is two block’s basically from the beach and various places to eat. It was clean and the owners were great as there was a bit of miscommunication but that was my fault. We will definitely be renting from them again in the future!

Couldn't get past the AWFUL SMELL! Did not complete our stay and lost money on this reservation. Would NOT recommend this property! The property appeared generally clean but air quality was so poor and it smelled like mildew and VOMIT! The host claimed it was a cleaning supply smell and never once said sorry, she only blamed us for being sensitive to smells. I've never smelled a cleaning supply that smelled like VOMIT or been sensitive to any cleaning supply scents including bleach. Three of our four family members experienced a tight chest due to the poor air quality inside the property. The big red flag, when we arrived, should have been that the house was at 57 degrees, clearly, they tried airing the place out before we arrived and did not turn the heat back on. Host said she'd refund us if someone else rented for the remaining dates on our reservation but she did not make the dates properly available in the VRBO app for anyone else to be able to rent it. Money lost, big spring break disappointment. Steer clear of this property and host!

We live locally in Wilmington and we love spending time at CB. We loved everything about the pink house. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. It was very, very clean and well-stocked. Our kids loved riding scooters/skateboards on the bike path right in front of the house. The little playset on the property was a big hit as well. Having the little grocery store across the street was very convenient. Super close Proximity to the boardwalk, restaurants and the beach was great. We also love the CB skate park and park playground. We brought our bikes and used the roads and bike paths to get everywhere we wanted to go. The owners were awesome and had the house ready early. They communicated and were so kind. We cannot wait to go back!
