Loved the steam shower after skiing

This property is in the most perfect location. Rode. The gondola daily went for hikes from the property, walked all over town from the property. It was great.

This house was spacious for our group of 5 and very well located.
The house has a nice cross breeze in the summer and the basement rooms stay cool.
Really enjoyed the 2 porches and the upstairs suite is very spacious and has a great bathroom. My grown kids enjoyed having separate bathrooms downstairs.
Be sure to lock your trash, bears seem to love to visit this street each night.
Only negative was the driveway parking which was really too small for 2 cars. Also the units across the street constantly park in the alley and blocked us in. Finally gave up and parked on the street somewhere else.
Would definitely return though.

This unit is perfectly located in Telluride with quick access to the gondola, restaurants and bars. Additionally, the townhome is accurately reflected in the photos that created a perfect setup for my family. It has a unique living room and kitchen area with tons of access to kitchen tools and cable options.
The stay here was 10/10 and I couldn’t even find one thing to say I would want different.

Perfect for our telluride winter vacation. You can literally walk to everything…Gondala for skiing, downtown for dining and shopping. Very comfortable for 5 adults! Clean and cozy but enough room to spread out.

Great spot for walking anywhere in town but close enough for gondola access with ski gear. The house is in immaculate condition and such a great space for 3 couples!

This was such a lovely spot for our 3 generation family getaway. The company that manages the rental reached out on multiple occasions checking to make sure all was well.

The market is close by as well as access to the River Trail. The view from the front porch upstairs and downstairs is fantastic. We would have liked the TV/AV system to be a little more up to date with capabilities to stream our own shows, but we made due with what they had. New tvs or even adding something like a Roku device would be helpful. In my title I say this property is great for a family (meaning only one) because only children will be happy sleeping downstairs. It's a bit dark and the windows are below ground. If you have couples there will be a fight over the amazing primary suite upstairs. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property and superior Customer Service
We LOVE this property. It was so clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect - close to the gondola, all of our favorite restaurants and hiking. We had to leave abruptly due to the closing of the ski resort and the COVID situation and the management was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They refunded a portion of our money, were responsive and friendly. We will absolutely rent from them again at one or more of their properties.
