- Room did not get cleaned during our stay we were only given clean towels twice out of the 4 night stay - The drain in the shower was not working which caused bathroom to flood during every shower - The room walls are paper thin so if you have inconsiderate neighbours like we did you will hear nothing but shouting and screaming and get no sleep

Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed to have a great stag party! It's in a great location right in the heart of the old town close to all restaurants and bars.

Everything was perfect, location just outside a restaurant, everything is in walking distance, the room was outstanding, comfy beds, spacious shower and good a/c. The staff are so welcoming and will take their time answering any questions and recommending places to eat drink see.

- The toiletries provided were partially used. - The lack of a lift was a significant inconvenience, especially when carrying luggage to the upper floors. - I have also discovered a blood stain on the bedding, which was both alarming and unsanitary. - The room lacked a proper blanket, leaving us uncomfortable during the night. - The walls were thin and not soundproofed, which led to constant disturbances from neighboring rooms, making it challenging to get a good night's rest.

Great location within Zadar, only a 15 min walk from the airport bus stop off or a 20 min walk to the main bus station. It is within the beautiful city walls. The room was spacious and had your basic facilities. The lady who met us was really friendly and pointed out lots of great places to eat and see.

The bathroom was feeling a little tired and we had a small problem with a leak. As we were only there for two nights we just let the cleaner know and it didn't impact the stay. The pillows weren't the comfiest.

Had to carry our suitcases two flights of stairs - no lift. Had to buy batteries for the A/C remote.

Very close to the center and very comfortable

When I arrived to the apartment, I wrote them to let them know that I was there already. They asked me to go to the reception that is 2 or 3 min. away and in another different street. I found it a bit disturbing because they should have told me in advance where I should arrive to do the check-in. At the end the guy came to the apartment when I was on my way to the reception.

The location was nice.

Everything was nice except the shower head was coming out of the wall (just a small detail bc it worked fine)

Great size room with terrace having great views overlooking the city rooftops . In very good location close to shops , bars , restaurants and all the sights. Very clean and towels changed every day if required. Reception team Magdalena and Mirna were very friendly and helpful with good information on things to do and local restaurants and Mirna managed to get our room ready for early check In. Very responsive and organized good value tranfer back to airport Good place to stay for a couple of nights in Zadar Just be aware you check in at the Idassa Palace the sister Hotel around the corner and there are a few flights of stairs upto apartment

Fridge noisy and went off when took room card out and a bottle opener left in room would have been nice touch but other than that all good

The location is amazing. The room is modern, so nice and very clean. The girl who checked us in was so friendly, very nice and helpful.

The room is a bit tiny and doesn’t have enough space for luggage. The shower has no door so it’s hard to avoid making a mess. The bathroom and the room are separated only by a curtain.
