This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room. Great location on the mountain. Skiing one day, ice skating the next. Great day at water park. House was well kept, and the owners were very nice. the house was just what we were looking for.

Absolutely a beautiful home, lots of room. The home has a well stocked kitchen. Furniture is very nice. The kitchen table was huge perfect for our family of 15. Plenty of game room. The host was quick to respond to questions. Definitely a 10/10 .

Mac was an amazing host! I was there for my 60th b-day celebration with my family. Mac personally came to say Hello to us and wanted to make sure we were having a great stay. The house was perfect for all 14 of us. Mac and Mary take great care of the house, made sure everything was perfect before we got there. We will definitely be back to this property. This house was great for our large group. Each couple had their own bedroom which is hard sometimes with large groups. Mac and Mary the owners were very communicative throughout our stay. Everything in the house is labeled to make it easy to find and put things away. The driveway is very steep and windy. We had 5 vehicles parked there. It was hard at first, but we got the hang of it.

We had 3 family with little kids who likes to run here n there, this place ful filled that needs without any doubts , all the rooms and living space are big enough for 15 people. Location is close to everything what we want. We love detailed labelling of things so we don't need to search especially in kitchen. A direct sunlight when sun is out is another best part we like when we were having breakfast.

We had a great time staying at this property. It is exactly as advertised. We were 16 adults having a JMU reunion with my daughter and her friends and families. We had plenty of room for everybody. The house is stocked with everything you may need. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us an early check in. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group had a fantastic time staying at this house. It is in a great location, close to amenities but also very private. The house was fully stocked with up to date appliances and furniture. The kitchen was amazing! It had everything you could possibly think of already there and labeled with where everything was. The bedrooms offered lots of space for all of us to sleep COMFORTABLY (mattresses were awesome). Mac and Mary supplied a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels in addition to shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, etc. These "extras" made all the difference for me as it was a few less items that I needed to pack for my family. Mac and Mary allowed us to check in about an hour early which was very kind! They checked in to make sure everything was acceptable and even shared some local places to try! One thing that I think is important for people to know is that the driveway is intimidating at first. Coming from an area with all flat land to this was a little tricky to get used to but Mac and Mary sent screenshots and even a video of how to park and maneuver around the driveway which was great! Once you do it a couple times you get used to it (or so my husband told me). This house was a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends and I highly recommend it to other vacationers.

1. VRBO house hosts/owners, Mac and Mary responded very quickly to any questions both prior and during the rental period and were willing to accommodate special requests. 2. The grounds were well maintained, the house was very clean, the furnishings are of premium quality in first class condition and the kitchen is well supplied with appliances, cooking utensils and dishes. 3. We recommend that potential renters review the house rules, the check-in and check-out procedures and the rental contract which are not in the VRBO description to be aware user of various user restrictions and potential additional charges. 4. As is evident from the photos of the house, the driveway leading to the front of the house is very steep. However, there are additional parking spaces at the top of the driveway allowing parking for those unwilling to drive down it and negotiate turning around in the area at the bottom. The steepness of the driveway is a challenge for anyone with mobility limitations. 5. It is not clear from the VRBO description of the house, that the second upstairs bedroom that is located off of the kitchen has no associated bathroom. Users of this bedroom must use the half-bath located near the front entry at night. 6. Backup supplies of items such as typical condiments, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, hand and bath towels were quite limited compared to typical situation in the VRBOs we have rented previousl

Our family of 10, four generations aged 10 months to 83 years, spent a long weekend at this home. Nice house, well equipped, nicely decorated and close to everything. Good for handicapped folks although a railing into house and grab bars in the shower would be a plus. There was a pack n play for little ones but you have to keep an eye on them because of the wooden steps going downstairs. We all enjoyed the decks. The owners are very quick to respond to any issues. (although the issues we experienced were minor.) Very comfortable beds.

The Property was as described in the listing. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our family to celebrate our JMU Graduate. Great communication with Mac & Mary regarding groceries and eateries. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful family gathering at Mac and Mary’s place. We had four generations represented and it was a great home for all for an enjoyable weekend. Our hosts could not have been more gracious. Lots of room and everything you will need.

It was the perfect rental for our family of nine to celebrate two milestone birthdays! Mac and Mary were wonderful hosts and made the experience wonderful from start to finish! They left us wine and cookies that were fantastic and the home was beautiful! We love to cook and their kitchen was supplied with everything we needed for our large size group along with a large table where we could all eat together. Their rental was very clean and beautifully decorated! They even gave us texts with pictures on how to park and places to visit. It was a vacation filled with wonderful memories and we’ll definitely be going back!

This house was terrific! We had kids, parents, grandparents staying at the house and everyone had their own space to spread out, plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was great with all the utensils and pots you would need to prepare and serve dinner. Plenty of parking and very responsive and helpful communication with the owners. Highly recommend for a memorable family weekend.

My family and I truly enjoyed our time! The house is beautiful and very spacious. The owners were very responsive if we had any questions. The labeled drawers/cabinets were very helpful and saved a lot of time when we were looking for items. The owners also provided ideas/suggestions for family outings which was very great because this was the first time traveling with my entire family. We will definitely be back. The owners are the best!

We stayed at this amazing house for the long MLK weekend. It was a cousin getaway with adults and children and we had plenty of room to sleep, eat and hang out and enjoy each others company! The game room was a huge hit for the kids and adults! The house is beautiful, inside and out and well furnished with all you need to enjoy your time there! Great central location with beautiful views of the ski slopes. The owners, Mac and Mary were very informative and easy to work with! We cannot wait to come back and would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

This was a very nice home and accommodated my group well except my husband. It is not listed as wheelchair accessible and to no fault of the owner, it is probably not easily accessible for a quad/paraplegic wheelchair user who cannot stand to transfer. Mac did not advertise it to be and there were no false claims so still giving a 5 star rating. We just made it work and doorways were definitely wide enough and with our portable ramp; and mac allowing us to enter the shortest rise it definitely was doable. He was very gracious and was very accommodating. The home works well for a group/ larger family if some of the group Parks up on the street. Location for easy access to the slopes is very good!

The property was as presented in the description with plenty of space for 10 - 14 people. View out back towards ski slopes was lovely. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a large group. Check-in instructions were clear.

We had a great early Christmas ski trip! We had a large group and everyone had plenty of space. The views were great! We had a very comfortable stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We would happily stay with them again!

I don't typically give reviews but wanted to share since this is a 5 star VRBO. Me and my family enjoyed the home and it is very clean. The labels throughout the home are helpful and the home is clearly well cared for. The downside is that there are so many rules that there is a need for a rule board on the wall. We stay in multiple VRBO and AirB&B's each year and have never encountered anything quite like it. Once you pay your second payment you are sent an email with all of the rules as well as a PDF that you have to print out to hand write the age and name of each occupant in the home (you also learn here that there can not be more than 50% of occupants that are below the age of 30). There are lots of regulations that are bolded as well as highlighted throughout the many documents you are sent, to emphasis their importance. The owners are clearly very involved with and are passionate about this property as they have cameras mounted at the front and back of the property as well as live right up the road. This may be comforting to some travelers but my family prefers a little more privacy. I will add that we had 2 cabins reserved on the same street to accommodate our large family and we spent all of our time at the other cabin secondary to the lack of privacy as well as extensive rules. If you are older or have older children this is a clean place to stay...If you have younger children, like to cook, like to craft, or do anything that is messy you will likely be in violation of their rules. The cabin itself is great, the lack of privacy and extensive rules list should be considered before you book.

We enjoyed a longThanksgiving weekend in the mountains. Plenty of room for 4 families (5 children). Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay for our Annual Mountain Weekend. Mac and Mary have every detail in the house labeled so there were no questions as to where things were or where things should go. Our only issue was that we could not get the toaster to work, but that was no big deal at all (we just used the oven). The beds were very comfortable and we easily fit 11 people in this house. Will definitely look to book again next year!

Great beautiful house! Owners communicate very well and quickly respond. Great great great location conveniently nestle on the resort. We will stay again in the near future!
