Is it a hotel or not? Name just CAPITOL. No hotel. No reception:just a box with instructions. No staff. Entrance on side street. Number 69 is the entrance to casino NOT hotel. Took me 2 hours and several enquiries to find out the entrance. In 5 nts I saw just 1 really ONE employee: the cleaner.

The location was great and there was safe bike parking.

I don't usually like to complain about places i stay at but i feel i have to say something here. I had a non-smoking room but it stank of cigarette smoke (i found the butts on a ledge below the window later). When i called the manager he said he couldn't do anything about it. There was a half digested gummi bear in the toilet and no switch to turn the bathroom light off. The walls are exceptionally thin but that might not bother everyone.

First of all, this is a budget hotel. So the review is based on this. - Location: it's really amazing and convenient location. It's at the backside of Bahnhof which is called Franziskusplatz. Walking to the lake is just 5 mins. 2 mins to Bahnhof. - Rooms: I got the room for 40€ for one night from Booking.com and based on the 40€ price, the room was really good. You can see the pictures. There were 2 beds, table, chair, wardrobe, Water heating kettle, coffee and tea packs. In the washroom, there was a big bathtub, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer, etc. Everything was very clean and well maintained. But overall thumbs up for a budget hotel room -Self checkin/checkout: when you enter the hotel, you can enter your name on the self check in automat and get the keys haslefree. There is also a hotline number of you face any issue. And check out is also very simple. Just drop your keys in the box below the automat and say buy to the hotel. So this was something cool. - Staff: as it is self check in and check out, there is no staff present in the hotel. They might be nearby buildings, but i did not see them. But this hotel is really good for short term travellers, quick business visitors etc. Liked the hotel.

The only issue was with the shower/bathtub. There was dirty water from the shower for some time. This might be because they might have cleaned the pipes.

Excellent location, clean rooms. No reception only check in kiosk - was really easy to check in/check out. Fast (free) internet connection. You cannot expect 5* Hilton hotel but good bang for the buck.

Bed, especially pillow was a joke. The cheapest from Ikea would be a luxury comparing to what do they have. Internal policy does not allow taking pictures.

The shower area need to be fixed and equiped with shampoo/ shower gel.

Excellent location. Comfortable automated check-in. Comfortable amenities.

There was a problem with the heating but the management had found a way to deal with it by adding a portable radiator. Also the elevated bath might be a problem for old people.

Close to train station and lake. Water cooker!!!! And tea and coffee.

Location, close to bus station and railway station for those who are going to airport, quite, self check in/out, perfect rooms, very clean and cozy
