Everything was alright, double shout for two air conditioners both floors, really helpful

Swimming pool use only with swimming caps rule really annoying and car park place to found is challenging at late evening

Broken door at one of the rooms, unfriendly neighbours and too strict rules at the pool which made it impossible to enjoy

The position is good.

The shower mixer was not working proberly. The shower curtain has covered a part of the shower, which meant that the bathroom was flooded.There was nothing in the way of furnishings for the kitchen sink. No drying towel. The appartment was very basic furnished. The Price-performance is not right. The lock on the entrance door jammed.

Everything was small, bedroom was extra small, you hear everything what do your neighbors, no conditioner, no kettle.

The apartment was clean so that was nice! It was also a good location if you wanted to go to the beach in Manerba del Garda.

A lot of bad things. At first, when we arrived it was quite hot inside and we discovered that there was no airconditioning in this apartment. This is not OK if the temperature is 34 degrees!! The kitchen inventory was not sufficient at all. 6 different glasses, no wineglasses at al, no bowls, no microwave, no watercooker and so on. The bedroom with 4 beds was way to small, you couldn't move anywere and there wasn't enough space to store the clothes of 3 persons. There weren't any pillows on the chairs, so you had to sit at the iron with some sharp ends. The shower upstairs had no wall or curtain, so the whole bathroom was wet after you took a shower. Also there was no light in the bathroom upstairs, so if you wanted to have a shower in the evening you had to use the torch of your Phone. The surrounding was OK, but a swimming cap was mandatory. This, and also no AC or wifi, wasn't mentioned on the website. We emailed and whats apped the host of Lago Vacanze about the problems in our apartment. The umbrella base was broken, the manual of the waste collection missed and we asked for some things in the area (like a nice bakery for the bread in the morning), but she never responded, even after reminding her several times. We also complaint about the fact that there was no AC and that a lot was missing in this apartment for the price and she responded very rude with no compassion with 'You paid for this and you should have asked before you came if the apartment has AC and WiFi'. All in all, the apartment was bad, way too small for 5 persons, with a lot broken (lights in the kitchen weren't working as well) and the host was very very rude and it was clear that the customer was not important because you already paid and they were having their money. So, i'm never coming back and i'm clearly not recommend it to you!

Comfortable and clean, nice swimming pool

Terrible shower-head - it was really hard to shower, especially kids, water running on the walls instead on you.... Seats on the terrace could be more comfortable, in the kitchen no wine glasses... NO WI-FI !!! .... Seriously?????
