We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Cape Cod home. It's on a quiet, tree-lined side street, a short drive from town center and beaches. The house had plenty of space for our family, and all the amenities you could ask for (including a well equipped kitchen!). The deck has an awning so it's comfortable to sit outside any time of day. The owners were friendly and responsive - quickly attending to a few items of clothing we left behind. Highly recommended!

Our group ranged in age from 6 months to 70+ and the house was perfect for all of us. Rob was quick to communicate with us and the check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable and the a/c units cooled the bedrooms down well. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen looked like it would have anything we would need to do so. The neighborhood was quiet and the kids enjoyed scooter rides. The outdoor shower was a godsend after visits to Mayflower beach and it was a nice surprise to be stocked with shampoo and conditioner.
Thanks for a great stay! We miss Cape Cod already and look forward to another stay next summer!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at your home. Everything we needed was there and your detailed information was so helpful. We especially loved that you had recorded the Bills vs Miami game for us to enjoy when we got home from spending the day on the Cape!

This home is conveniently located near beaches, breakfast spots, and gives easy access to favorite spots on the Cape! It is in a VERY quiet neighborhood, with a private backyard. Loved it!

We loved this beautiful Cape Cod home!! My husband and I both have strong ties to Cape Cod were skeptical about renting, but this VRBO made us feel like we were "home." It was clean, well stocked, and had a cozy warmth about it. We had a marvelous stay and look forward to coming back more often!! A big thank you to our wonderful hosts for their communication and attentiveness to all our inquiries. Definitely coming back!!

We had a wonderful stay - the house was well equipped and there were so many “extras” provided such as toilet paper and paper towels. Location was great, just a quick ride to the best bayside beaches and a bunch of local restaurants. My family and I were comfortable and happy during the week we spent here and look forward to returning!

The place was clean, adequately stocked, comfortable, and well-decorated. The kitchen was also nice to cook in and host out on back porch! Great location from Mayflower beach! My daughters and I loved it. We would come back for sure!

We came in for a wedding at the Dennis Inn over Memorial Day weekend. Myself, husband, and our three kids in their 20s. The house worked out perfectly for us. It’s cute and cozy, but surprisingly spacious where you need it—upstairs bedrooms, dining and kitchen. The host was great. Made sure we got in ok etc. 5+ stars. I wish we could have stayed longer. I guess we’ll just have to return 😉

Spacious, sparkling clean home with room for all of us to gather & hang out together. Private & comfortable bedrooms upstairs. Our host was thoughtful & attentive, made sure we were able to get in easily and had what we needed. Shopping, restaurants, beaches nearby, could not ask for anything else! We plan to book again next year if it's available for our annual weekend getaway. Best rental on the Cape so far, after staying at several properties throughout the years! Thanks so much, Rob!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable! Great outdoor space and very quiet neighborhood. Very close to the village of Dennis with great options for food, drinks, shopping, entertainment and golf. Close to Brewster with an easy ride to S Yarmouth and Chatham to enjoy some of the Capes favorites. We had to contact owners for one minor thing and they were immediately responsive. Great vacation and would definitely rent again!

Perfect getaway!
This property was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were perfect for two couples, and two kids to each have their own room. There is also a second closed off living room on the first floor that was great for my toddler to sleep in. The bathrooms were conveniently placed and water pressure was perfect, we loved the outdoor shower. The drive to everything was so convenient, even for car-seat toddlers. The yard was perfect and we loved the covered deck, perfect for dinner even when it rains! We will definitely plan to stay here again. Thank you so much To the Webbers!

Great Stay 2022
We had a great stay here. The house was exactly as described. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware, glasses, etc. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, board games, etc. There was even an abundance of paper products which was nice to not have to go purchase all that. Rob was very easy to work with. He provided such detailed information about the house and left some recommendations for places to eat, beaches, and things to do. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Cape Cod and I hope to visit here again myself.

Weekend family trip
Nice property close to everything on the Cape. Our host was very communicative and answered all of our questions. There was plenty of room for our entire family, most of which had a chance to enjoy the outdoor shower. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely Cape Home
Had a wonderful time at this lovely Cape Cod home for a quick weekend away with friends. Property was just like the pictures, clean and nicely decorated, plus centrally located for day tripping and seeing the sights along the scenic 6A. Good restaurants close by. And even though it wasn’t beach weather yet - plenty were close by for walks and views. I’d rent again and look forward to.

Rental was clean and Close to everything. The Water pressure in the showers was not very good, so showering with long hair was a bit of a challenge. And could use a sharp knife in the kitchen. (Maybe because it was the end of the season that the knives were dull)

Great family rental
My family of 4 stayed very comfortably. The home was clean and ready on time. Check-in process was easy and described clearly through email. There was a spare propane tank available in the detached garage for the grill. With 4 bedrooms there was ample space for everyone to sleep. We did not use the bedroom at the top of the stairs as it did not have its own A/C unit (did have a window fan) because the rooms with a/c were much more comfy for sleeping. Kids loved the TV room and outdoor shower. Tent over deck kept all tree debris off the table and chairs which was nice! Only addition I would recommend is a laundry basket for transporting clean clothes from basement laundry area. Would stay here again!!

Excellent property
Home owner was very communicative and thorough with instructions ahead of arrival. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and has most everything you need or may have forgotten. This is a fantastic location, close to beaches and great restaurants. I highly recommend this rental and will be looking to rent again myself!

The Cape/The Best
Check in was a breeze and Robert even sent a message a few hours later to make sure we didn’t have any issues. Instructions on “things to know” and suggestions for the area were written out and easy to understand. Plenty of paper products and the kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Great house in a quiet and convenient area. Didn’t want the vacation to end. Not one problem! Would definitely rent again!

This cottage has four bedroom which is less common on The Cape and a real advantage if you are traveling with four adults.
The kitchen is well appointed and has plenty of tableware and glassware. Dennis is a perfect location to explore The Cape and a cute little town itself with a reputation for wonderful beaches. The highlight of this property is a back deck that is quiet and private and also has a terrific outdoor shower. Definitely take advantage of that. Rob was responsive and very helpful. It was clear he wanted our stay to be pleasant. You will be satisfied here. We'll be back.

Great Family home
This house was accurately portrayed in the VRBO listing. The house was clean, nicely decorated and big enough for a family of 6 or 7 people. Close driving distance to beautiful Mayflower Beach - make sure to get there before 9:30AM in season to be able to get parking! The outdoor shower was definitely a bonus!

Weekend getaway with family.
Rob, the owner was very responsive to any needs.
The inside of the home was neat and clean. We were only told to bring linens and towels so I expected the kitchen to be better supplied with everyday needs....wraps, foils, spices, etc. as I’ve seen with other properties but there were plenty of pots and pans, and dishes etc. brand new grill with spare tank of propane was provided which is great !
Location was about 3 miles from the Mayflower beach which was nice. Great beach!
The outside of the home needs some maintenance .....
Overall, we had fun!
