Hôtel propre et confortable, personnel absolument au top. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine. Très bon petit déjeuner. Mon fils a oublié son doudou dans les draps de son lit, nous avons réalisé ça alors que nous étions déjà à plusieurs centaines de kilomètre. J'ai appelé l'hôtel et la personne de la réception a été absolument fantastique : elle a pris la peine de chercher dans notre chambre, sans succès, mais elle a ensuite retrouvé le doudou à la buanderie, elle l'a gardé précieusement le temps que j'organise un service d'expédition, et elle l'a emballé et nous l'a envoyé à l'un des prochains hôtels de notre voyage. Merci encore infiniment !

Not sure why this facility got higher rating - another extended stay facility with nothing remarkable to mention.

Starting from fairly dark almost undrivable road to poorly maintained Reception. They claim it was an environment-friendly facility but I believe most of the guests (mostly Construction workers, and probably homeless folks with fishy looks) waste more single use stuff (cups,, glasses, napkins etc.) than any other hotels I visited lately. Beware - as soon as you enter the facility you will find smell of weeds - so you know who spend their nights there! Never again going to stay there with family!! Period.

The hotel had given out room to somebody else, so when we arrived after a long drive we had to leave again. The receptionist told me she had called me several times, but I never got a call and my phone company has no registration of an incoming calls - and no one had left a message on my answering machine The receptionist was SO rude with "it's not my problem" attitude Never ever staying here again

Property over all is clean And rooms are good size

Unfortunately, about 30 min getting into our room we had a clog toilet I call the front desk to report that. They said they will get a plunger and come over to the room in a few minutes About 30 min passed by and nobody showed I call the front desk once again. The lady answers again and she explained that she is THE ONLY STAFF MEMBER WORKING (Saturday night) so she was busy answering the phones and helping other customers checking in But she said 2 min she will come over Well approximated another 15 min passed by and I called again front desk …. This time the lady tells me she hasn’t had time to look for the plunger … that they only have ONE for the entire hotel and she needs to go to a different floor to look for it and since I am insisting so much I can go look for it myself….. or I can go use the restrooms for the common areas located at the second floor (my room was at the ground floor) at that point I was mad with her attitude and we said some things and then she hangs up on me. Point blank I went over to the front desk and she was upset I was upset, I practically forced her to call some manager over the phone …. Manager was not very nice either about it They end up moving us to a different room But over all; A) customer service sucks B) they could of take a different approach the first one I call the front desk if they couldn’t handle a clog toilet because they were short staff C) is not OKAY for a hotel staff to tell you here is the plunger deal with it yourself or go use the restrooms located at a different floor (even manager said that those were my options) D) I don’t think it makes sense for a hotel of this size to have just ONE employee on a weekend night to cover the property needs all by themselves

Would love to have a stove in the kitchen, would definitely book here instead of airbnb.

Couldn’t figure out how to work the ax in the room.

The room was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds and sheets. It also has a pool that looks nice, but we didn’t use it. The breakfast was basic, my kids liked the waffles device vey much.

Friendly staff, our room was spacious, clean, and was perfect for our short stay. The workout room was also nice and clean.

The room made us feel at home with the kitchen sink/utensils/cups/plate and fridge.

Noisy neighbors and paper thin walls. We told the staff about the noisy neighbors directly above us… but it took several attempts for front desk to get them to comply. They neighbors upstairs were jumping up and down being rowdy from 7:30-11:50pm non-stop and kept our kids awake the whole night.

Clean location. Close to stores and shopping. Felt safe at all times. Appreciated the friendly staff at check in/out

Check in time is a bit late but understand it’s needed to get the rooms cleaned.

The staff was so friendly and professional! I was having a tough time with my trip and was a bit irritated but they were so nice and so professional thank Jehovah God, they helped me so much and made my stay so pleasant. Wonderful staff who obviously have great training, thank you 🙏

The staff was amazing and it was clean and comfortable.

There were roaches outside the front area and by the pool and behind the front desk. The pool didn't get cleaned like it should. Cigarettes at the bottom of the pool from the previous night, we cleaned them out.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good.

Needs better water pressure in shower and did not have hot water, was just lukewarm. Bed was very uncomfortable, way too firm.

clean, super friendly staff (especially Tyrena!), great location, eco-friendly, pets are allowed, and breakfast was amazing!

The hotel is really nice, I felt home away from home. The outdoor smoking area is great!

I don’t understand why they don’t do house keeping anymore. The lady working on the breakfast is not nice
