I travelled with daughter and family for a week at Rio Mar. No elaborate plans just time to relax. Vanessa's communication was excellent from a phone call the night before departure to unsolicited warning about rip currents on the weekend. The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. The Resort was lovely and the hotel was fun. Restaurant food and drink were very good. We visited Old San Juan for dinner and a lively night at the Sheraton Conference Center casino. A special local find was a small local restaurant across Rt. 3 on the road to El Yunque called Mi Vida Cafe, but it closes at 6pm. Another rooftop restaurant near Mi Vida Cafe called Bungalu was opened till at least 9. Richies fish restaurant has some unique dishes nd a fantastic view of the bay. The local pool was great and the beach uncrowded. One caution is that if you go off exploring in a car it is easy to get lost since there are few signs and even Google maps are not that accurate.

We were absolutely blown away by the level of hospitality provided by Vanessa. She truly wants all of her guests to be taken care of and enjoy their vacation. I'm not sure any VRBO host, super or otherwise, will ever live up to her. I could go on and on! You name it, she helped us with it. Cannot say enough good things about our week in Puerto Rico. Wyndham Rio Mar is HUGE and this villa is far from the main resort entrance - like you'll pass over 19 speed bumps to get there! Extremely quiet, clean, relaxing. Had one pool all to ourselves that's close to the villa, then drove a short distance (it's not far, it's just super HILLY) to another pool where we accessed the beach. Did the 3 course dinner at Palio in the hotel, which was spectacular. It's so easy to fly in to San Juan, pick up the rental car, and drive here (20-25 min depending on traffic). You are close to an amazing grocery store, restaurants, the rainforest. We did a day trip to San Juan and toured Bacardi and Old San Juan. Absolutely amazing trip, we love you Vanessa!!!!

Great location close to San Juan and lots of beaches. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it comfortable for our group of 6. The kitchen was a little tight for cooking and could use some attention. Otherwise a great place.

Vanessa was a great host! She greeted us in person. We had a great conversation with her and she provided us with alot of information. She was available at all times. The villa is located is a great location. We were close to many things/food options.

We stayed here for three nights while we explored the island. We were all very comfortable and loved how close to the beach we were. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with our family and our cousins family. Everyone had a great time, the pool was great and close access to the beach. This house had the best water pressure in the showers of any place we have ever stayed in. Kids loved the space to wind down after swimming and being in the sun all day. We had 11 people and we were all comfortable in the house.

Beautiful apartment in Rio Mar. Patricia and Cima are excellent, excellent host. You can see their attention to detail in the apartment. It is located in Rio Mar which is not far from Old San Juan and the Luis M. Marin Intl airport. The apartment has fantastic views of the ocean and the mountains and overlooks the golf course. Lots of things to do in Rio Mar and many restaurants surround the area. The facilities included golf, tennis, a beautiful beach, 2 swimming pools, walking trails, etc. We were a party of 8 and the apartment was very, very comfortable. We have stayed in Rio Mar a few times and this property is top notch. The villa had everything we needed for our stay. The villa was very clean and everything we needed available. Will definitely recommend and will book once again when we return to Rio Mar.

Cima met us at the property and gave us a very thorough review of the villa, property and activities. Everything was as described -- very beautiful updated property, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed from dishes to towels, to coolers. Very close to a pretty beach and nice pools. We would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. There was lots to do in the area from activities to restaurants and located in a very convenient area close to El Yunque, Luquillo and Old San Juan. Thank you Cima!

The gated property is fantastic with its own gorgeous beach, multiple pools, restaurants, casino (must visit the other hotels on property - lots of night life), and outdoor bar/grill on beach at Margaritaville. The condo has amazing balcony, spacious, pool towels and beach fun items. However the microwave is rusted and black inside, kitchen items were dirty and light not working above dinning. No barbecue for outdoor grilling anywhere. Owners kind and met us at check in. They are aware of the list List of things that need to be improved or fixed. Be aware place is under construction so there are trucks blocking your way. They are fixing the building and roof. Great location, less traffic, close to east coast for food, islands, river hike and rainforest. Easy to get to airport, walmarts (best price grocery Walmart in Fajardo) - Can’t beat it!

The villa is very clean and comfortable. We rented a golf cart and it was very easy access to the beach and pool area. There are great places to eat around Rio mar. I will highly recommend staying there in this place again.

Three adult couples enjoyed a week stay in this large three bedroom unit. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped and stocked with everything we needed. Each couple had their own bathroom which was a big plus. Th AC worked great. We enjoyed the private residence only pool within walking distance. The community pool and beach was nice. The location was convenient to grocery shopping and restaurants. Local beaches and nearby attractions were within minutes away. Our host Vanessa was very accommodating, meeting and greeting us upon our arrival to show us around and answer ing our questions. I highly recommend this place.

This condo was the perfect place for our trip to Puerto Rico. We had 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids) in our group with 2 vehicles, and we all were very comfortable and had plenty of space. There were lots of options for sleeping arrangements and the beds were comfortable. Much better than a small hotel room! It would have been nice if there was a room darkening shade in the master bedroom that faces the parking lot, as there is a lot of light from the street lamps that shine through the translucent shade. But besides that, everyone was happy. There was a laundry room with washer/dryer that was used most days. The condo was stocked with all the essentials and the food market was only minutes away. There’s a pool that was steps away from our condo and we had access to the beach club down the road. The condo even supplied beach toys, chairs, and towels. The kids were never bored. We had adventures planned almost every day and the condo was in a perfect centralized location for most of our activities. Most nights, we ate dinner out and there was a great variety of restaurants to choose from in the area. Everyone was very friendly. Overall, it was a great trip and we made lots of memories! We would definitely return! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This villa was as beautiful as the pictures showed and the view from the front porch area was amazing. We enjoyed having our coffee out there every morning and cocktails in the evening. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us, and strong enough WiFi for everyone’s devices. The Las Brisas pool was wonderful at the end of the day when we were too tired to go down to the beach and the 15 minute walk to the beach was easy for a morning stroll. We used the Beach club pool, but mostly enjoyed being at the beach. 4 chairs and 2 boogie boards and a small cooler provided by the hosts were perfect to take with us. The location was fantastic to visit El Yunque, Luquillo and Fajardo, all within 15-20 minutes away. This was a trip of a lifetime and I would definitely book this unit again!

This place is very well cared for. It’s a great condo with its own private beach on the property, and two pools to use. It’s right near El Yunque and some local beaches that are definitely worth a visit. There are good restaurants near by as well. There are three good-sized bedrooms. Our family of five had plenty of comfortable beds to sleep on. Three showers were a bonus as well. Vanessa is wonderful and made sure we had a great stay. I highly recommend this place. If we go back to Puerto Rico, we will absolutely stay here again.

The property was very comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our family with three adult children. The location was convenient for our excursions to El Yunque, Vieques, Hacienda Muñoz Coffee Plantation, Seven Seas Beach and Playa Escondida. The resort's beach was pleasant. Patricia and Cima were very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 with each couple having their own bath. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Vanessa was so welcoming and even came to the airport to pick us up when there was a mix up with our rental car. The location was great but a rental car is a must if you plan to go off site.

Great location, short drive to and from the airport. Great proximity to beaches and water sports like fishing and snorkeling etc. The unit was well equipped. Patricia and Cima were great.
