Narrow spiral stairs leading to my room on the second floor. However the hotel staff helped with my case, taking it to my room.

Beautiful building, a very short walk to the pretty town centre and cathedral. Lovely room, nicely furnished. Parking next to the hotel. A great breakfast with friendly service!
Bathroom could have used with a bit of an update, but was functional and clean.

Cosy, well equipped room. Great coffee maker-I want one! Decent shower. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Clean.

Comfortable room. Central location was ideal. Breakfast was excellent. Welcoming atmosphere. Convenient parking.
Only one set of towels in room. Nothing else to dislike, so that's all you're getting.

10 is not high enough for this charming hotel. Everything was beyond excellent. Nigel and his wife deserve all the highest praise. Lovely full English breakfast prepared by them for all the guests. Rooms were very comfortable, even during England's hottest times. They even offered to take us to the train station when it was too early for taxis.

No spare toilet roll in room. Radiator needed bleeding as a little chilly. Needs a lite more care and attention to be a great hotel.

The hotel is immaculately decorated and furnished,
Location is spot on,
