We loved being away from Papeete and in a less populated part of Tahiti. We also, however, enjoyed being in the vicinity of Taravao to have access to restaurants, grocery store, etc. It was a great location to explore the island. Ingrid was the quintessential host. A great communicator, friendly, and enormously helpful before and during our trip. Our bungalow was well furnished and amply supplied. We had all the privacy we needed. Definitely need/want to have a car at this location as well as for exploring the island.

Ingrid, our hostess, was wonderful. She is friendly and fun, and clearly cares about her guests, She taught us some French and we helped her with her English, though I have to say her English is way better than our French. :) The villa was comfortable and clean. This was a great place to base ourselves while exploring the southern Tahiti.

Cars passing on the dirt road adjacent to the villa were a bit noisy, but there were not that many passing by so all in all not a problem.

The pool was wonderful to cool off during the heat of the day.

Not having air conditioning took some getting used to.

nice garden with a pool and all lush green ;-) lovely cat wich always stops by to say hello and wild chicken running around on the property.

Total autonomy in a house within a generous green space of a tropical garden. Although 50 km from the main city of Papeete the ManaOra villas are in the middle of a Taravao, a quiet and self sufficient province, in the middle of the island routes. The hosts, Ingrid and Fabrice will help your orientation in the specificity of Tahitian life, habits and geography. As it is written on the threshold of my bungalow: Le paradis c'est ici. And I confirm it is there...

No complains... Only the smugy feeling that again I had a good sense to choose the right place.

Beautiful little Fare in Tahiti Iti. Had everything we needed including a great pool! Owners were really lovely and helpful too

We were asked to leave the pool area by other guests staying there, not really the owners fault but perhaps they had the expectation it was a private pool? There’s plenty of space for everyone though.

I really liked how welcoming Ingrid was. I recently lost my mother due to cancer two months ago. Being welcomed by Ingrid was the closest thing having a "motherly touch" I've had since my mothers passing. She made my girlfriend and I feel extremely welcomed to her place with excitement. The pool was amazing along with the backyard bungalows. I wish we could of stayed longer, but as always in life you have to keep moving on. Thank you Ingrid!

Perfect to discover Tahiti Iti, super hosts, the bungalow is very comfortable and well equipped. Just the perfect stay.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. The pool and grass are lovely. The outside kitchen space in the bungalow was perfect and it was a dreamy stay.

The directions we received for finding the property were excellent. The only difficulty we had was that the keypad with the entry code wasn't obvious from the street but it didn't take long to find it. The property is very safe, being behind gates. There were two bungalows. Ours was comfortable and I even found some English language books. The kitchen, which has a microwave and gas stove, was on the verandah but this didn't matter as it was well protected from any weather and the eaves were large enough for us to hang out the washing and it didn't get wet. Once you get back to the main road, which only takes a couple of minutes, there are several good supermarkets and travelling to tourist spots is easy. The wifi was good and our hostess, Ingrid, spoke excellent English.

The road leading to the property was potholed and rough, which was a surprise as it leads to quite a few houses further down the road. The owners of this property have filled in some of the potholes near their gate. There is a ceiling fan for cooling and we spent a couple of restless nights when it was humid during some rain.
