Ideally situated ! Near a bus stop. A grocery store and restaurants nearby. You can go to Hondori by foot. Nice appartement size and a balconny, with all equipments you might need during your stay.

The slow and useless WiFi

Good location walking to peace park and museum.

Apartment and fridge smelled odd, the kitchen was old looking, minimal space to hang anything, couldn't open up our suitcases as minimal floor space. Bed was futon style, but couldn't roll up bed as was actual mattress on the floor.

Loud upstairs neighbors after 22:00 (I'm not aware whether they're residents or guests)

The location was great, facility was good, certainly it's worth the money. The owner was really helpful too.

The neighbor smoked so when we opened windows, sometimes the smell came in. WiFi didn't work a lot of times.

Location, good aircon, excellent explanation on how to get there and tips on what to do and where to eat.

Space

The shower was good. The washing machine was really appreciated. Everything was thought of e.g. shampoo, conditions, lotions, socks. .Very impressive.The owner left us invites for an excellent sake tasting which are really enjoyed. Central location. Very good price.

The bed was too small for us. (We are both quite tall) We took turns to sleep on the couch but there was no bedding supplied. The couch cover wasn't veey clean. The pillows were dreadful and should be thrown out and replaced with good pillows, with pillow covers. Woukd have been good tp have a lical restaurant/bars guide.

The studio room is really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They really went above and beyond and put thought into everything you might need or want to use during your stay. Washing machine and kitchen facilities were a bonus. The host was very detailed in instructions on how to check in, get to the property and use the public transport which was very helpful and responded to messages quickly. Felt like home, would stay again!

Was a little bit out of the way but easy enough to get a bus to the station or walk to most places
