The oven, BBQ we’re very dirty so did not use them also the floors were still sandy after the previous visitors.

This beach house is gorgeous and in the perfect spot! Right across from an amazing stretch of beach on geograph bay. The house is well presented and perfect for a lovely beach stay.

Great location
This property is in a great location and is really well set up for families. The house ideally located directly across from the beach and in a cul-de-sac so not a lot of traffic so kids can cross the road to the beach safely.
The house is well stocked with kitchen appliances and cooking necessities like pots, pans, utensils etc. The garage is well stocked with all the recreational toys that anyone could ask for.
The view from the balcony is wonderful and a great place to relax and unwind.

We throughly enjoyed our 4 days. The house has literally everything that you need for your stay, we wished we had booked longer. We loved walking across the road for a swim and then sitting on the deck. Thanks Rachael

Couldn't be better
Such an amazing property, the owners have thought of absolutely everything. The location can't be beaten either - in a quiet cul-de-sac with direct beach access just across the road. Wish we could have stayed for longer

Beautiful quiet location with stunning views
Enjoyed our stay , couldn't ask for a better location. The layout was perfect as few early risers could go upstairs while the rest slept. We thought there was a bath but didn't affect our stay. Would stay again

3rd visit = 3 times the fun
Four generations stayed and the accommodation met everyone's needs. Beautifully refurbished since our last stay and now equals the amazingly convenient beach side location. A luxury feel but still family targeted.

Arrive unpack and unwind. This wonderful home has everything you could need. The amazing upstairs open plan living space allows you to soak up the views. With the beach just over the road and kayaks and boogie boards on offer the beach feels like part of your front yard.

The house is in a fantastic location, directly across from the beach at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Big house with everything you need plus more. We made great use of the table tennis, kayaks and bikes. The view can not be beaten, we will definitely be back!

Fabulous Stay
we had a group of 9 of us and it was very spacious for us all. Clean and tidy and view of the ocean was amazing :)

House on beach
The location was beautiful and we loved sitting on the balcony looking at the beach. Unfortunately the balcony roof leaked. The 2nd story of the house was nice but the bottom was not. The house smelt when you walked in. The bottom toilet door didn't close. The beds where hard. The biggest disappointment was there were complaints made about the teenagers playing table tennis in the shed to loudly in the day time. Last thing the binns where full when got there.
