Very nice place overall incl. shared kitchen and terrace.
Breakfast was not included, usually for B&B accommodation it’s automatically in the price.

very nice bed and breakfast, the spot is great, close to the city center, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, the small terrace is also something to be enjoyed. The room is small but comfortable.
the toilets in the shower, if someone takes a shower before you go to the toilets, you'll have to wet your feet.

No breakfast (even as it says it is a B&B), limited parking, and very small room with no bathroom.

This is a house with some rooms to rent and there are 2 shared bathrooms. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the city center. You have a nice restaurant close by where I had dinner, the Seijlklubben, and other options in the area more close to the center. To the train station you need about 30 minutes walking. The room was big and comfortable and most of all for me, it was quiet. Breakfast was prepared by the nice owner and was good.
I don't particularly like shared bathrooms, but I knew it when I booked in this B&B. They were clean but it's not comfortable.

Bed very comfortable! Bathroom nice and clean. Host very friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay for one night.
Bathroom has a shared hand towel which is a bit unhygienic and floor also gets soaked after shower. Bed sheets need replacing

Very clean rooms with great beds.
Breakfast was not available as the other guests had their own. Based on the website amd the fact that it is a b&b we expected this was possible. Furthermore, the area of the b&b was quite industrial which made the garden a bit less of a paradise.

Hard beds and thin walls, other guests was very noisy. Bathrooms had wet floors due to other guests not cleaning after bathing.

Davaa's place is excellent. She is so welcoming and the place is super comfortable and super clean. Her garden is amazing to relax in. Randers downtown is very close to the b&b. We will definitely return soon!
