The property is tastefully made and has good eminities. Spacious and well designed bunglow one of the best in the mid budget range within close proximity of central lonavala. The property has clear instructions answering most of your questions. The property caretaker Soni is very efficient and resourceful. He is quick to respond, has a polite and friendly nature. If you are patient he will make you feel at home and give you good knowledge of the surroundings… Enjoyed my stay very much with family !!

The location was pretty great as it overlooked the valley. It was a little hard to find but the caretaker came out to meet us and guide us.

It was awesome staying at your place, Time spent there was amazing. We loved it, the weather and scenario was Stupendous. I would like to mention you that we stayed in villa 9A, wherein there was no swimming pool please mention it to everyone who book this villa, so everyone will know before hand. Over all experience was fantastic.

Comfortable stay, beautiful landscape and an amazing time to spend with friends, if you are looking for all of these this is the only place. We booked a 3 bhk villa for three families which included 6 adults and 5 kids and the stay was wonderful and very comfortable. The caretaker (Sonu) is super active you just tell it and he would get it in no time. Thanks Par-X homes for making our weekend so memorable.

Decent location only

1. All bedroom mattresses are in real bad shape and have huge dips in the middle. Very uncomfortable to sleep in and mattresses are very old.one off the beds broke in the middle of the night and guests could not sleep at all. 2. No proper glasses in cutleries. 3. TV did not work and was not recharged after countless reminders and at last had to recharge on our own to watch TV. 4. Frequent power outages. 5. No water in overhead tank early morning and caretaker did not respond for a long time. 4. Overall experience vey bad and uncomfortable.

Loved the hospitaliy. Pool ambiance , room comfort everything was bang on.

The property is really well maintained than most of the properties. One would feel suspicious to pay the advance but don’t let that thing cancel you a very pleasant and awesome trip The caretaker also is very kind and takes care of all then needs you would have during the trip

The place is beautiful and very cozy. The owner is very helpful and the staff is very attentive. Loved the view and it is more prettier than the pictures. Definitely will visit here again.
