We absolutely loved staying at Perakis, the apartment was great value for money and the place was close enough to all the activities but far enough to enjoy the silence of the island. The host was very friendly and have sent us clear directions in advance so it was very easy to find the place. We would highly recommend staying at Perakis.

Nice interior and apartement with a good location.
The kitchen utensils needs improvement. We were not sure what apartement we got when we ordered, and they are a little different with different balconies.

The apartment was in a perfect location with a gorgeous view on the patio. The host was very kind and lovely as well.
I wasn’t sure how to turn on the TV but I didn’t really need it.

Stay away from hustle and bustle, it’s only 2 min away from harbor. The room looked exactly the same as it was showed on booking.com. It was specious, clean and comfortable. The owner of the hotel was very welcoming and tried her best.

We adored this apartment, I wish we could've stayed there for longer. All of the staff were lovely, the apartment was cleaned beautifully everyday. Our favourite part was the patio with gorgeous plants and a peaceful atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend this place!

our room was very close to the port but in a very quiet place. the room was very clean and the staff come every day to clean it. we had a wonderful balcony

so handy for location, super clean, really nice stuff provided and really really friendly staff

It was simple, clean, and comfortable. we had everything we needed including a kitchenette with plenty of sitting/lounging room. We also had a little porch that we could sit out on while sipping coffee in the morning or hang out wet towels/bathing suits from a swim. It was a few minutes up the hill, away from the port, giving us a quiet and peaceful location.

A spacious apartment tastefully decorated. Quiet area and short stroll down the the port.
Just loved the balcony and outdoor furniture. Owner is very friendly, kind and keeps her property very clean providing clean towels everyday. Plenty hot water in a short time.

Fun little maze to find your way home.
But such a cute little village you discover more places each time and you always find it. We found the apartment comfortable, very quiet and a good value.
Someone forgot to clean the coffee pot.
It had moldy grounds. Easy to forget. Not a big deal.

Amazing holiday apartment. The location is very convenient, very close to the centre. It have all the facilities for a pleasant stay. The room is very big and the beds very comfortable. The balcony is so big and the view from there is fantastic. The owner and hostess Mrs Karerina is very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Highly recommended.
