Breakfast food & service was wonderful. All of the staff we encountered starting with Maeve were friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable and safe and welcome. Room was good and we appreciated the fan.

This is a lovely hotel, great location and good parking. It was a short walk down the hill to the town, with a walk back up the hill to the hotel. The room was decorated in neutral, warm colours and the furniture gave the room character - a cosy and superclean room. A really good breakfast (especially the home made bread) - overlooking the pretty courtyard. The staff were friendly and welcoming - all makes for a good experience.

What a wonderful stay we had. everything was top notch. The staff were so polite, always smiling and helpful. breakfast was superb... Nice spacious room, spotlessly clean. The whole of Blindgate House was tastefully decorated. Bit of a hike up from Kinsale town, but it was worth it

Parking lot was full when we returned in the evening - but this was due to other guests not parking close enough together to accommodate all guests.

The host makes you feel at home and cares you have a memorable stay. The breakfast was beautiful with service making you feel like royalty. Such a wonderful experience! Great off street parking which is needed in Kinsale.

Since there were no family rooms available we needed to split up into two rooms but the host put us right across the hall. The novelty was actually a bit of fun for our teenage children! The walk back is uphill but took it slow and was fine.

Quite a good location but some people might struggle with the walk uphill from Kinsale village. Nice large bedroom with stylish decor. Very comfortable large bed. Private off-street parking. Good selection for breakfast.
