Wir wurden herzlich von Eliane und dem Besitzer des Studios empfangen. Das Studio ist perfekt ausgestattet und ruhig. Der kleine Balkon mit Sicht ins Grüne und der kleine Strand mit Palmen haben uns gut gefallen. St. François und die Pointe des Châteaux sind vom Studio aus gut erreichbar.

The location of the studio is good, it is in an old touristic complex which has seen better days but still has a nice pool and beautiful private beach. It is close (by car) to St. François and St. Anne.

The apartment was very outdated, the pipes were extremely noisy so if a neighbour would go to the toilet one would wake up. There was a problem with the key to enter with the car after 21h which was not solved during our stay (though the hosts tried to help and kept in touch). It is a very overpriced option and it would be really nice to have a neater, more modern place in what is a quite nice location.

A nice small studio with everything you need. A very good bed, a small kitchen, a good shower. Perfect for us to end our back-packing trip. Well funtioning AC. This is the most touristic side of the island, so you are in an area with many others. This side of the island is also the white beaches side. There is also a very good backery closeby and St-François is only a 5minutes drive with many possibilities to eat around the harbour. Beside the many tourists, I think it is a very good location to explorer Grande-Terre. You can reach everything within 1hour driving. The studio is located in the Manganao-hotel place, the hotel itself was not open, and really needs upgrading, but you have the possibility to use the big pool, drink something at the bar and enjoy the small private beach. I think the studio and the hotel are not related to eachother, as our place was quite clean and didn't had any hotel-funtionality in it. Jean-Luc was very friendly in introducing the studio.

The studio is a small studio, so much space is not present. This was a bit harder for our bag-packs. But in the end, the space was not an issue for us. There was also a bit of a strange smell, which we couldn't place where it was coming from. Just to indicate, it might be a 1 time thing, but we noticed it. It didn't bother us that much. And to be honest, also slightly on the expensive side for the space and services included.
