We are 6 friends of 40+ years who have been enjoying a weekend getaway together since we turned 50- some 15 years now. This house is in the perfect location. Is always spotless and well equipped with everything you need.

The property was clean and well presented. However there were a few issues that could be improved upon. For a house that sleeps up to 12 people, the hot water system coped with half this amount of people taking 2 -3 minute showers ….We were informed there were plungers and espresso machines for coffee…. What was available would have been adequate for a… but nowhere near the requirements for a family. And 1 roll of toilet paper for 7 people for 3 nights seemed a bit ridiculous. Overall it was a pleasant stay but a few of these things… particularly the hot water… would have made for a much more pleasant stay.

We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children. The house was large enough for all of us comfortably. Well appointed. Location was fantastic. Would stay again.

Robyn the host was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was quick to respond to any queries and requests. Robyn approved an early check in and late check out which was very helpful a generous gesture.
The property itself is clean, spacious and has beautiful views.The beds are soft and comfy and there were plenty of blankets. It is conveniently located close to the beach and all the amenities.
Perfect for a family celebration as significant as a 70th birthday.
Something that we did notice is that the bathroom sink is missing a built-in plug section so if you were to drop something, it would have been lost.
But otherwise a lovely experience and perfect for our family celebration.

Everything we needed was there and location perfect.
Tastefully decorated and importantly for a group of 60yr old gals beds were super comfortable at the end of a fabulous busy day.
We shall be back = value for money

My family and 2 others stayed late December and we’re looking for a nice get away to a beautiful part of the state.
From the get go Robyn was very friendly and easy to deal with. The house itself was great and had 2 living areas which was great for the kids.
Overall we loved our stay and hope to visit again.

Lovely house within walking distance of Port Elliott’s quirky and interesting shops and cafes and hotels.
Walk down to the beach or along the coastline and see the best sunsets.
The house has everything you will need and is extremely comfortable, the two levels are great if staying with teens.
Robyn is an amazing, gracious host who really cares about your stay in her beautiful home.

The property had everything we needed and more. Close to shops beach Walking trails and close to places we wonted to visit. Quite street 👍 would definitely stay again

The property had everything we needed for our weekend. It was clean, well appointed and very well situated to enjoy everything that Port Elliott has to offer. Highly recommended.
