I stayed at the hôtel for 5 days along with my 2 children..everything was perfect: the staff, the service, the entertainment, the cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast. For me, since I didn't know the concept of the hotel. It's actually more of a place to stay for a few weeks than a hotel... Quick note: having a car is a must because public transportation from the gare to the hotel is not available, unless you prefer to take a taxi (10€).

The breakfast is relatively poor in variety (cheeses, eggs, toasts) but the lady who serves the food is wonderful, always smiling with a very warm reception👌

I have already been before and found it fabulous. The location is superb, the hotel rooms are very comfortable and the whole ambience is very relaxed and yet well organised, a fine balance to achieve. The pool is one of the best I have ever seen. Staff are very friendly and helpful

I was only able to stay one night as travelling through France.

Pool was lovely and the facilities in the room, especially a fridge, sink etc very good. Lovely to have a ground floor room with seating outside and easy parking.

Found some difficulty opening the door of Room 11 with key and no one was around to help. Fortunately my son finally managed to get it to work. Needs fixing.

Thw price. Lowest in this region at end of September.

Location. Not their fault BUT no info about low bus service and difficult taxi service from Argeles sur Mer. I was locked out of the electronic gate after walking from Argeles sur Mer from Le Gare. Finally entered at 8.00 pm to find Reception closed. Resort site totally empty so not their fault. But check the advertised details. Cheap and convenient if you have car, BUT avoid at all costs if travelling independently or on your own.Park d'Inactivite!

the position of the hotel in the middle of a Garden, creates an ambient quiet and relaxing

the mattress of my bed was too soft the bathroom was dark without windows

The room was very comfortable and felt more like an apartment with the kitchenette. The pool was fantastic, one of the best we have ever seen. The atmosphere everywhere was very relaxed so we had a wonderful time.

Nothing really. Maybe the Reception opening times are rather limited but we had no problem.

Location. Breakfast was good with bread and croissant plus tea/ coffee and juice

Air conditioning leaked but worked. Complex looked tired. Bit of paint and gardening would enhance the whole experience
