Nothing over all suck.

1st the reddoorz attendant is suck. He's lazy to assist us whenever I'm with my grandma(70) and grandpa(82) as senior citizens. And attendant wants us to go in 4th floor .the hotel don't own a elevator so it's a bad idea to go in 4the floor. Because my grandma has a arthritis. So the attendant ask me to cancel the booking. So I can refund it but after I cancel the room, he say ops!there a available room in 2nd floor he suck right and also the hotels owner didn't refund my cancel booking. I paid it and I also paid for the room we stay so in otherwise I paid twice for the room for me its like a scum. So I give them zero for there service

aircon sucks, aircon facing the wall, wall much colder than the room. toilet sink clogged. bathroom drainage is poor.

Location was near in my training center and fast food.

Cocratches in the room, need to fumugates the room.

Wifi is Non-Existent, Receptionist is rude and provides no Help at all with regards to our concern, Restroom has low water pressure, Toilet bowl doesn’t flush properly.

It is was a quiet place.

It is not mentioned that there is no parking at the property. They also do.not have an elevator making ones luggage feel like excess baggage.

No elevator. Need to use stairs going to my room in 6th floor

No breakfast in my booking but the location is very accessible.

The bed is somewhat not well constructed because i can observe some cracking noise. I feel that anytime will collapse.
