The breakfast was extra, however it was extensive and absolutely delicious. The hostess even went to the trouble of making gluten free pancakes and toast for me!

The automatic lights in the bathroom would turn off after about 3 minutes. You'd have to wave your hand from the toilet or outside the shower door to activate it! A bit annoying! The kitchen was not set up for cooking, except for a combi-oven.

Cosy chalet room, with bathroom. We had the use of a shared kitchen which was great. We had requested breakfast and this was delivered in a picknick basket, promptly at the requested time. It was very well thought out and complete, more than sufficient. Our host provided tips for eating out and we had a great meal at the restaurant he suggested.

This adorable little hut was totally worth it. We stayed here for a long weekend and absolutely loved it. It's warm and cozy, the room view is on the horse fields and the forest, the host is super nice and the breakfast was fabulous. The forest is within walking distance and you can do some really nice hikes or bike rides in the area. Having a fridge and microwave is handy and there are some restaurants in the nearby town where you can order dinner from. The bed is very comfortable and can be adjusted to an upright position for reading. The place is accessible by public transport. All in all, I would highly recommend it and will likely come again.

It is true that you can hear the neighbors, but that didn't affect our stay at all. I wouldn't rely on the TV as it only transmits a couple of basic Dutch programs, but I guess that allows you to do other things. One tiny improvement would be to have a small garbage can in the room, so you don't have to go to the kitchen.

Great place for the weekend in the Veluwe area. Also, there is a nice cafe with a delicious apple cake, ice cream, and soup :) Highly recommend!
