Loved the style and layout of the hotel! The decor was fantastic! The staff were so helpful and pleasant! The location of the hotel is great as it is close enough to the strand without being on top of the main strand.

Beautiful rooms in a beautiful location! Staff were lovely. Michelle on reception was so friendly and chatty and made our stay even more enjoyable, she is a credit to the place :) we love staying here, the food, room and service is exceptional

This is one of the nicest hotels my partner and I have ever stayed in. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, also the bed was super comfortable. Michelle in reception was super friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond. We will definitely be back

Thought we had a lovely stay until the phone call today.

Avoid!! Stayed here during the week, only to get a phone call this evening stating that we were smoking in the room and had to pay charges for damages amounting to £400!! Bloody ridiculous. Me and my partner left that hotel room spotless. When asked for photographic evidence of said damages they refused to share the images. Total lack of professionalism, the woman on the phone was very rude and aggressive. And it is NOT 24hr front desk. Rung down over a dozen times to reception to order room service with no answer, finally went down and not a soul in sight and this was at midnight.

Our room temperature was hard to control during the night (sometimes too warm and sometimes too cold) but not a disaster

Hotel very warm, room above the bar area which had music which could be heard when we went to bed
