Stayed with a family of 5. Beautiful relaxing place with all the stocked supplies. Owners were responsive and kind. Highly recommended for some quiet and a nice 3rd balcony view of lake and sunset.

We came to Hot Springs for a babymoon with some friends. We had a wonderful time. The condo is clean, has what you need, and includes a great view of Lake Hamilton. It’s a big W of a condo…don’t hesitate booking. Also - the hosts are wonderful with communication.

This rental has been my best experience ever! The property was very clean and communication was perfect. We enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs and this rental was perfect!

The view was gorgeous, it would have been perfect, if there was a beach area to the lake nearby. I wish we would of rented a boat to enjoy the lake. Our host was responsive and shared all the details needed. We slept comfortably and enjoyed our time here.

We had a nice stay for 3 nights ..the location is good, the unit was well maintained and clean. We liked the interiors of the unit.. owner was great in communicating the details before check in. Wifi was good but not accessible from the 2nd bedroom. The quality if the mattresses could have been better. There was TV in each room. Kitchen was well staffed with all appliances working fine. We would love to come back again !!

We came up for my brother in law's wedding. The place was very comfy and the views over the water were spectacular! Home was very inviting, there were board games, and plenty of information about local eateries and hangout spots! Would highly recommend to others and would stay again if in the area.

It was a three day getaway for me and my kids. Loved the area. Very clean and quiet. The view had us in awwww. Looking out from the balcony to the water was stunning. I will be booking this area again real soon. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

The condo was very nice with relatively quick access to restaurants and other attractions. The weather was hot, so the pool was refreshing. A bathroom close to the pool would have made our experience more enjoyable. U

No lake access, but an absolutely stunning view from the balcony. Boat slip was available. Place was clean and tidy. Cookware was lacking, but we spoke with the owner and he actually allowed us to go purchase the cookware needed and reimbursed us. Very communicative ownership. 10/10

The owners were very easy to work with. The view of the lake was perfect. The property is close to local activities and interesting places to explore. It also is easy to find and near amenities, stores, restaurants etc.

The condo is perfectly located for views of the lake anytime of the day or night off the deck of the master bedroom or the livingroom Upscale decor & furnishings. If you're wanting to pamper yourself or just relax with a glass of wine, this is definitely the place to do it. Less than 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs.
William was extremely accommodating & pleasantly responded to anything we ask or had a concern about.
I would highly recommend this rental.

The Condo is decorated with an updated comfortable style and has all the extras you don’t want to travel with. The owners didn’t miss a thing.

This was a nice condo and a nice gated complex. Pretty pool! It was a very quick boat ride to a restaurant, we would definitely say here again.

My husband and I decided to take a last minute anniversary trip to Hot Springs. This was the perfect spot. It was a quiet location with an absolutely beautiful view of the lake. The condo itself was even nicer in person than it looked in picture. It was clean and well stocked with any amenity you could think of. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do (downtown, Oaklawn etc). We used Uber several times with no trouble. The host was super nice and made sure we had his number in case we needed anything . There was also a “bucket list folder” of things to do, see and places to dine that was so helpful. I would highly recommend this condo for couples or families and would definitely rent again!
