The stay was amazing and the house was extremely clean! We were very pleased with how perfect the place was to cook meals when we didnt want to go out to eat. The owner was great and very responsive though we had 0 issues the whole stay. :) Highly recommend for the pric

Owners were very supportive to our needs. We were there for 20 days. Queen beds were unsleepable for that amount of time. After we informed the owners, they bought and installed 2 new mattresses the next day. All beds have pillow toppers. A lot of stairs in this 3-story property that some seniors might not be able to navigate. I rated cleanliness a 3 due to dirt and cobwebs in the corners of rooms and cobwebs in the lamp shades on arrival. Overall, this was a great place to get away from the Texas heat and would lease again.

We had a lovely stay in Lake Tahoe at Claire and Peter's condo. It's in a very nice development in a great location, very close to town but quieter, near Nevada State beach and Safeway. The clubhouse, pool, and forest trails were nice too. The house had everything we needed, and was a great home base for our vacation. Claire was very responsive to questions and to address any issues.

Our family had a great stay! The condo was very close to Edgewood golf course, where we were attending the ACC golf tournament. It was a toasty week in Tahoe, so the top floor got quite warm but thankfully there were fans to help. The kitchen had all the basic cooking supplies we needed, bedrooms and bathrooms met our needs. Owners were good communicators and available if needed. Thankful to have found this place to stay!

Great overall experience. Full kitchen was great for cooking family dinners and breakfast. Quiet neighborhood, clean. We took the mattress topper off for a better sleeping experience. quick and easy fix for those that like a firmer mattress. Also there are a lot of stairs, great for privacy and large parties but something to consider for older folks.

We loved the location — 15 minutes to both the California and Nevada sides of Heavenly, and the hot tub was great to relax in after a day on the slopes. Highly recommend!

We loved the condo. It had a great layout and was clean. We traveled there to go skiing and we love going to the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Our biggest complaint was with the hot tub. There was only a single hot tub for the entire 330 units and it only stayed open until 8:00pm.

The condo was close to heavenly. It accomodated 2 families of 4. There were some minor issues with appliances which was addressed promptly. We appreciate the prompt responses and the friendly nature of the owner/location manager.

Overall a good place and we're glad we found it, and would recommend. Nicely updated and clean -- no sketchy carpet like at many places. :)
One main downside that was significant was that our sleep wasn't so great. There seemed to be these foam toppers that ended up making the beds a bit lumpy in practice. We took one off while we were there and it helped. In some rooms the light came in really bright in the morning, even with the blinds -- some sun shades or curtains would be helpful here. I think with a little bit of changes on these fronts I could recommend without qualification.
Other small other suggestion would be to provide more supplies in the kitchen for cleaning -- for example more dish towels, a drying rack, and more sponges or a kitchen brush would help it feel a bit more like home.

Beautiful well supplied condo. Great set up with bathrooms and bedrooms and an extra futon couch. Lots of pillows and sheets and towels. The hot tub and sauna at the club house was easy to use and felt great after skiing. Very close to Heavenly and not too far for Kirkwood. Quick response from host when we contacted them. The beds were a bit softer than i prefer.

We had a very comfortable visit at Claire and Peter’s home. This was my 3rd time renting in Lake Village because the location is ideal for everything you want to do. And I will add that it is the first rental in Lake Village where the owners take pride in the upkeep of their home. It seems a lot of rental owners know they can rent their property because of location alone and you sometimes will walk into homes with furnishings and decor from the1980’s. Communication was very responsive. House was very clean with an updated kitchen and flooring throughout. Loved the 3 beach chairs that were available to use. I plan on returning and staying again since I visit Lake Tahoe in the summer annually.

Had everything we needed for an easy stay at the unit.
We did find however that the dryer should be looked at, as it had to be in quick dry to work at all. Other than that we were very pleased with this unit and would rent it again in the future. Thank you for everything Peter

Beautiful townhome. Large for bigger family. Fabulous location. Walk to town, coffee shop, lake, hiking trails. Wonderful amenities including tennis and pickleball, spa and pool. Love Lake Village!

My family visited Tahoe during President’s week. We had 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child. The accommodations were spacious yet cozy. The kids loved having their space down stairs yet we could all enjoy family time up stairs by the fire. We loved taking the trail behind the condo to walk in the snow amongst the trees. Was able to take the saucers provided in the condo to slide down the trail. We had a wonderful time.

Location, location, location
In town with a family of six, there were higher end options but this location was PERFECT!
Pool and playground for our granddaughters was fabulous and having separate floors for grandparents was perfect.
It is noisy between floors so you have to be thoughtful once people are asleep, but it wasn’t terrible.
Highly recommend if you want a great, quiet location with lots to do on property.

A Great Place to Stay in South Lake Tahoe
I stayed in this property with 7 friends for a ski week in March. It was well furnished with plenty of beds, rooms, and supplies for cooking. It was also close enough to downtown to be able to Uber/Lyft back and forth without issue. I would recommend it to anyone.

Tahoe Ski Trip
Claire and Peter were helpful before and during our stay making the check in process seamless. There was an issue with the downstairs shower due to another units plumbing and Claire proactively told us about the issue while we were on the mountain. Would recommend for a trip around the Tahoe area.

Fantastic location and great condo
Perfect location for a ski trip in South Lake Tahoe! Property was clean and functional: a simple kitchen update for pots/pans/utensils would have made cooking a little easier, but we all had a wonderful week.

Comfortable for the entire family
The best part of this condo is the size...super spacious! We utilized the entire place and never felt crowded. Other positives: great location; easy access to walking/sledding among beautiful trees (they provided a few snow discs which was a nice touch) without getting in the car with the grandkids; big master bedroom; open greatroom for gathering. The biggest negative is the kitchen, which is very outdated. Everything works, tho! A quick order from Target or Ikea for a set of 10 dinner plates & 10 drinking glasses would go along way. The furniture is a bit tired and worn, but the place is a good value for the $$. The Hosts were fantastic and responded to our every concern/question with speed and a helpful attitude. We made some great memories here!

Pleasant stay at Round Hill townhouse
Property is nice. Lots of room to spread out. Clean although there were ants in the kitchen. Kitchen is badly in need of a renovation as all the appliances are fairly ancient. Could use more plates and a few more pots. Living room was comfortable with a nice gas fireplace. Wifi signal was strong and Roku TVs worked well, although, my husband did miss being able to watch sports on live cable TV. Beds were very comfortable. Showers in bathroom were nice and the heat lamp in the Master bathroom was definitely a nice touch. We had a small problem with the lamps in the master bedroom and the owners were very prompt in having the repair made which we greatly appreciated.

Friends and I went to ski at Heavenly. The house was very close to the mountain (7-10 mins drive). Restaurants and stores were very close and accessible as well. The space was perfect. There were 5 of us and we stayed in this house comfortably for 5 nights.Instructions to get to the exact house in the village were easy to follow.I'd advise to get there maybe at 3pm even though offices close at 4. We got there at 3:45 and no one was around to check us in anymore. They were open at 9 am the next day though and it was easy to check in and get the parking passes after then.

Quality Accommodation in a great location
The kitchen is dated but functional. Whatever this place lacks in terms of style it more than makes up for in terms of price per sq foot and location. Plus the hosts are friendly and helpful. It's clean and spacious, and was "just right" for our family getaway in Tahoe. We were there in the summer and it cooled off enough at night that we managed ok without A/C, plus they have fans.

Thanksgiving week stay
I cannot say enough about how grateful my family and I were to the owners. First, Claire stocked the fridge and pantry with a few essentials prior to our arrival-which was an amazing touch, especially when you are traveling with two children. Our family also had to unexpectedly extend our stay by a few days, and they were helpful and accommodating- even charging us less than their usual fee. Throughout the planning process, Claire was quick to respond to all of my questions. The house was in a great location and had a ton of space for our whole family. The master bedroom was huge and the beds were very comfortable. My kids loved having the ground floor to hang out in and watch TV. We also found some great walking/hiking areas within 2 minutes of the property. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and look forward to returning.

Spent most of the day when not hiking sitting on the patio for two with drinks and board games. Quite and great downtime...loved cooking in the kitchen three meals a day!
