Location and view was amazing, big spacious apartment that was walking distance to everything.

They left a big bucket with water in the bathroom and the showers barely worked.

The rooms are all large and the massive kitchen was fully stocked. Alba was really friendly and very helpful. I was cooking a roast the first night and the propane ran out. She was immediately on it. The place was clean and my concern about the noise from the bars on the street during this busy holiday season were really not an issue. As my elderly parents had mobility issues, it was great to have an awesome view for them.

The only downside is that the pool and area could use a little attention. The caretaker kept it clean but having had the same issue with our own pool, it may need to be refinished. Having said that, knowing it was simply a cosmetic issue, we enjoyed to pool anyway. The courtyard around the pool just needs to have a few comfy chairs added. The only 2 chairs available were broken--again, just a small issue!

Everything was very nice. Right in downtown SanJuan across the street from the beach. For a two bedroom, two bath condo with full kitchen and two balconies the price was great. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Armando!

The condo is absolutely amazing. It is spacious throughout, with a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. The bedrooms are off the street, so the noise at night is contained, and the views are breathtaking. I loved waking up every morning and hearing the waves crash.

You are on a main street, so it can get noisy on the weekends, but the bedrooms are quiet. Note that at the time of my stay, the elevator was not working, but it is only a short flight of stairs.
