Ac , you can't do anything regarding temperature, I want chilled ac but at night i sweat

Location was very nice and it was situation central of Shiliguri.

The rooms have cigratte smoke smell and the hotel did not have no smoking rooms. Also the extra bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable

Loved it. Well trained, polite, helpful staff. Very attentive to your needs. Very good wifi. Will recommend this hotel. Informative staff who are quick to respond to any request.

Hotel policy of barring guests from ordering outside food. Guests can not be forced to take food from in-house restaurant, keeping in mind the limited items available on the menu. Request management to kindly take note of this.

I liked how all the staffs were professional and we're very helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms were top notch. The food quality was exceptional.

It would be great if they reviced the food menu a little bit and reconsider the prices. Some food items were very basic, but the prices were quite high for that.

I was quite impressed with the hospitality extended by all the staff in the hotel. They are all very professional. I like the cleanliness, ambience and the facilities provided by the hotel but moreover the hospitality of the staff made my stay more special and comfortable. I would love to choose your hotel for my future travel as well. Your staff are none less than any elite five star hotel employ. Spacious rooms, plenty of parking, large common area, good choice of dishes on the menu.

Noise, lots of noise. Room was facing the main street, the sound insulation is non existent. Whole night party noise from the street, traffic noise and when that was over - dogs started barking.

Liked the location of the hotel.

The rooms mentioned that they have a minibar, but they didn't have any. The night light near the head was broken on both sides of the bed I didn't like that they dont let delivery boys inside the hotel or have the order delivered right to the room. I know it os their policy but they should change it. .
