It mentioned including AC but that was not the case. Also had 1 hour of sleep since the public area with tv etc is directly next to the rooms. So could not sleep until 4 am and woke up by the first persons at 5 am. I understand that for a cheap price you can’t expect to much, but this was definitely not worth the money.

Nice open social area, close to the beach, comfortable rooms, welcoming atmosphere from other guests, offered shuttle to the supermarket.
Ridiculously short check in window which is not mentioned on Booking.com, staff are barely ever present at the hostel, kitchen could have been cleaner as there were ants on the chopping boards, very far away from the nearest supermarket, shuttle to Greyhound was very late (30 minutes) so I almost missed my coach.

Location is good in centre of Mission Beach, but without a car not ideal.
Facilities are dated, mattress was very uncomfortable and it seemed a bit much to charge for towels these days.

This hostel it’s the perfect definition of hostel. You feel like at home and they have a lot of activities that help to know the area and make friends. The owners and the people that it’s working there were very nice and helpful. I would love to come back.

Staff were so friendly!! Thorben and the rest of the gang made us feel so included, inviting us across to the pub with the group and to play card games! Richard at reception was also so accomodating and lovely.
Someone robbed my conditioner :(

Team were SO lovely - I can be super shy but they put on activities like trivia nights/hikes and invited us along which was super nice! Was in a female dorm which had an en suite which was so great (hey small bladder team rise up).
Squeaky af beds but que sera I’d sleep through an earthquake!

Good hostel 🙂 The stunning beach is just 5mn away. Everything was clean. During the day, a free shuttle take you from and to the bus station 🙂

Location of the property was great, it’s in the middle of town so close by to cafes, restaurants and the beach. Staff are so helpful and friendly, and the hostel provides free shuttle buses to and from the Greyhound bus stop which was great. I stayed in an 8-bed female dorm which had an en-suite. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the room was spacious.
The wifi only worked in the communal area, it didn’t reach the dorm rooms.

Only the location is good
Room dirty, noisy because people watching movie in front of my room all the night, I couldn't sleep at all. Also the shower is really loud and we can here it from the room as well. I had a really bad night and I had expected to have a great quite night by choosing a private room but it was totally bad room.
