Everything is perfect. The serenity and relaxation that Seascape Villa offers is magical. The sea is only 2 minutes away on foot. The cooking is fantastic but also the owners very careful, friendly, responsible, correct and loving. My room was with all the conditions described, everything new and extremely very clean. It was truly an escape from reality. Bunec Beach was magical, clean, with few waves and the virgin nature around was amazing. The prices were very low, very economical for everything that was offered to us not at all exaggerated as it happens everywhere. The small family business has remained in my mind and I will definitely return there every year and I would even suggest it to my relatives. My husband and I found there another reality far away from the noise, stress and clutter. I loved that place. Everything was perfect. I will definitely come back every year and not only in October but also during the summer. I'm fascinated.

We book room on booking, after we come we hear that they dont have room for us. They offer us some shed for 20e.

Beautiful location.. Practically on the beach and right beside a river. It reminded us of the bungalows we used to stay in Thailand. Laid back vibes.

The location on google maps is incorrect! Once you drive down the road to the beach, you arrive at an intersection. On google maps, it says to turn left. Don't! Turn right. We spent 30 minutes driving around in the dark on bad roads. Once we finally arrived, there were 3 bungalow type accommodations and it was unclear which was which. We had paid the property in the morning of our departure and a few hours later, received an email from booking.com saying that I had never showed up to the property. Poor organisation.
